The staff were attentive, informative, friendly and caring. They went out of their way to ensure we had a great time. The water pressure was great and the bed was fantastic! The room heated well.

Toilet was too low. I have knee problems and there was no handle and it was very low.

The heat in the room was faulty and the outside temperature was well below freezing. The rooms are dingy and dated.
