Wonderful
Catrina, Sept 2026
Our stay began with a hitch , the door would not open after we entered the key. Right away a staff member transferred us to the forth floor and accommodated us with all our requests. The breakfast buffet was amazingly good. Bed was comfortable. Pool area was clean and a lot of fun even had some live music while we were there. We loved the hotel and the convenience of just walking to knotts!

In my opinion the hotel needs some TLC, other than that we had a good experience.

Hotels location was ideal for our vacation to Knotts Berry Farm, however our room itself was lacking for the price. The bed was very uncomfortable and the bathroom sink was clogged. The room was quite small in size and we were woken up everyday at 8am by a megaphone and extremely loud music/ chanting because a cheer/dance team was staying at the hotel and practicing on site. They were so loud it m...

The Amber Waves restaurant downstairs was so convenient and my kids enjoyed their kids meals at dinner and breakfast. We didn’t book with vouchers but they gave us a 20% coupon at check in. 10 min walk to the park was great. My room was nice and clean. The door on the bathroom was old and creaky but other than the room looked fresh and well kept and I wouldn’t have noticed it was an older if not f...

Pros (+) Very close to Knott's amusement park. Obviously. Staff was also nice.
Cons (-) The room was not very clean, and the biggest thing was the bed. The bed was not comfortable at all. My husband and I both did not sleep well either night. The mattresses are way too hard. Also, the food at the restaurant was awful. Nothing we got was good at breakfast or dinner.

Pros (+) Clean, comfortable, and quiet. Nice hotel staff too.
Cons (-) It was kind of annoying that they didn't have minor amenities that hotels usually have, even those way cheaper than this place. Also, for the price of this place, I feel like a fridge should be included in the room and not an extra charge, as well as I feel like free continental breakfast should have been included, which it was not. I also thought it was ridiculous that there were additional daily...
