Our stay began with a hitch , the door would not open after we entered the key. Right away a staff member transferred us to the forth floor and accommodated us with all our requests. The breakfast buffet was amazingly good. Bed was comfortable. Pool area was clean and a lot of fun even had some live music while we were there. We loved the hotel and the convenience of just walking to knotts!

Hotels location was ideal for our vacation to Knotts Berry Farm, however our room itself was lacking for the price. The bed was very uncomfortable and the bathroom sink was clogged. Pros (+) Very close to Knott's amusement park. Obviously. Staff was also nice.
Cons (-) The room was not very clean, and the biggest thing was the bed. The bed was not comfortable at all. My husband and I both did not sleep well either night. The mattresses are way too hard. Also, the food at the restaurant was awful. Nothing we got was good at breakfast or dinner.
