Pros:Good car, great value for the amount of time that used the SUV.Cons:Chris Frieh the agency operator was finally able to get a SUV for me. But he could never commit when there would be an SUV available. In fact, I took an SUV that was returned with 3/4 tank of gas and not cleaned because I needed to leave right at noon.Reviewed May 7 2018

Not quite was we ordered but a great dealPros:Staff in Scottsdale were super nice and the price was great.Cons:Pick-up spot had a very limited selection of vehicles. Upgrade was ridiculously priced - meant to deter us from taking it because it was a one way rental.Reviewed Jun 21 2017

Cons:It was a new car with 400 miles. It was dirty on the outside and dusty on the inside. It did not have any windshield washer solution. Obviously the car wasn't checked before I drove it.Reviewed Feb 23 2017

Pros:The vehicle was nice and great condition.Cons:Pestering about purchasing insurance. We get it, most people rented a car or two or three. The hours of the location did not allow for an after-hours drop in which was inconvenient. Check in check out process could be quicker. The vehicle was dirty and you can tell they did not take a look inside as I found wrappers and spare change.Reviewed Sep 6 2016

We were not that pleased with the woman who helped us when we picked our car up, she was almost rude but we overcame that since the man was so mutch better to us.
