The do not honor their quotes and try to charge you more for insurance. I brought my certificate of insurance form my credit card. They did not even want to look at it. They are scammers. I went somewhere else got a nice car for less.Reviewed Jan 13 2026

We made reservations for our family trip. A few days before they decided to let us know they decided to take a whole week off for Easter vacation. 🙄 Who does that in the travel industry?! Anyway, told us they would switch our reservation to the airport. Thought that would be ok and thought we'd have our original reservation honored for what we paid. Landed at the airport, went to Budget, and they not only didn't honor our reservation, they also were trying to make us pay TRIPLE the amount of money we paid! Are you kidding!! YOU CHANGED OUR PLANS AND NOT HONOR THR PRICE!! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! Ruined the start of our vacation. Do not go with them! How ironic they take a week off for a religious holiday but don't hold up to the values. If I were everyone, I'd not go with them. 🤷🏻‍♀️ After wasting some time on our vacation, we found another car company who took better care of us. I don't recommend Budget at all.Reviewed Apr 6 2024
