The location great but the staff was terrible one lady named Janet treated me so bad and was so loud giving me the information about car rental that the whole line people was listening my personal information from her was so rude you should check the personal that work for you because without customer you don't have businessReviewed Sept 14 2026

The location it's ok but the staff has to be more efficient and treat all the same because without customers you don't have business and I was treated so bad with one representative name Janet from isp locationReviewed Sept 11 2026

The pick up was disappointing at Budget. It took 2 hours past our pick up time for the car to be ready. About 20 people had to wait 2-2.5 hours. Some people missed important events and many were very angry. Not a good experience. The drop off was fine so it brought the score up to mediocre.Reviewed Jun 2 2026

They were completely out of cars and had been for weeks. Now one said anything until we got there. Dozens of people similarly impacted. We left without a car.Reviewed Jul 25 2025
