Very easy to get
Pros: Simple pick up and drop off. No problem at all. Friendly staff.
Cons: I wanted to get the car for 2 more days but had to keep that same price instead of getting the lower price now offered. they told me to return the car and go on line and rent another one from therm. We filled the gas across the street and when we returned We were told we had to pay $16.00. We fought it.

Pros: Everything was great. From the service and information at the rental counter to the ease of picking up the car nearby, to the comfortable car, as well as the price. The ease of Islip airport helped the experience.

time zone change scam
Pros: The car was nice, but that's what I paid for
Cons: I used a car for twenty four hours, but the time was an hour later where I returned it. Time zones are conveniently not mentioned anywhere in their terms. Customer service was rude and condescending. I got an enormous charge for the extra hour. I will never use Budget again!

Bad Car
Cons: Brakes bad, car beat up and smelled odd. I don't mind but would not want one of my daughters to drive this crappy car. Tried to tell both the yard attendant and the lady at the inside counter and neither cared. Sad, my father worked for Budget for years and I'm not sure I would recommend anyone to use your services.
