They could not find our reservation and told us we needed to make a new one. They could not honor the price and we paid 3x more than our original price. They said it's a communication issue between Kayak and the local car rental company Budget/Unidas. It is very frustrating to plan and and face this inconvenient & expensive 'surprises' on the spot. I will never again book anything using Kayak as a third party.Reviewed Nov 18 2025
