There is no AVIS in GIG - only Unidas, which was never mentiond. Even the last Mail said go to "AVIS Counter".. the signs in the Airport for rental car lead everywhere but not to rental car, needed help from 2 airport employees to find it. Even after traveling really often... Drop Off was the same, signs on airport leading to an Unidas Station opposite side of the street from airport, which we thought it is correct, but its not..
I initially booked car for 7 days, then extended. At initial booking I was told I would get same rate. Thst did not happen. Paid 300 dollars not for the extension. Total scam
