Everything related to the car rental was excellent, including the service provided by the representative who assisted me. They were very friendly and professional. The only negative aspect was that the vehicle was delivered to me dirty, and this is the second time this has happened. As a result, I had to take it to be washed at my own expense. In addition, the car had several scratches and a few dents. I was mis sold an upgrade as the agent told me wrong figures and wouldn’t show me the contract till after I had paid, then refused to cancel it and honour my original booking. Also didn’t explain correctly the pre paying fuel so I ended up being charged a full tank in stead of for 1/4. So overall an experience I was expecting to cost £120 has cost £380Reviewed Aug 3 2026
