Pre-booked our vehicle weeks ago to move my child home from college. Flew across the country only to find out that they had no vehicle for us. It's a scam. They force you to buy insurance with them even though you have insurance. They come up with different excuses, the law, policy, .. even though it's not mentioned anywhere. Again, they don't accept insurance from third party. It's very disappointing dealing with them.Reviewed May 23 2026

We waited for over an hour and a half in line and still hadn't even made it to the counter. People who did make it, had to wait almost an hour for their car to be be available. We ended up taking an Uber to our event. Otherwise we would have missed it. Definitely do not recommend that office.Reviewed May 22 2026

They did not have a car for me when I got to the airport. My flight was changed to a 10 pm arrival instead of 1200. I called Budget at midway and was assured I’d have a car. None was arrived when I arrived and their was no reassurance I would get one .Reviewed May 22 2026
