The staff were friendly, but their policy for charges is poor in comparison to other companies. They automatically charge you for a full tank of gas before you even return it(which is credited back to you upon return of full tank)and if you go over your return time by even an hour they charge you for it. Poor customer service in my opinion. I will NOT rent with Budget again and I rent a vehicle every 2 weeks. Information, visibility from Budget at the airport, is zero to non. Lost more then an hour finding them. They have NO desk at the airport and carpark/pick up is NOT at the airport. Need to take a shuttle (again i asked 3 ppl where until I got there) and drive 7 min...Reviewed Apr 25 2025

Budget gave me the wrong vehicle 3 different times. Each time I walked all the way with my luggage only to find out the vehicle was not the vehicle I had been assigned. Other cars were parked in the spot my sedan should have been. The worst car rental ever.Reviewed Apr 23 2025
