The check in was amazing and fast. The car was a Nissan rogue. The car needed an oil change and kept sending warning messages that using the car without changing the oil could be hazardous. The staff at pickup was excellent. The staff at drop-off was horrible - the lady was rude. The car rode fine - but: The car smelled like cleaning perfume at pickup but by the next day that smell evaporated and the car stunk like smoke the next four days.
