Picking up the rental car went smoothly. I had a tire blow out and then I was given replacement car that was supposed to be 4-6 hours before it arrived. Then I sat on the road side for over 10 hours before the car was delivered! This didn’t make me happy. I was supposed to be getting a coupon for a rental car in the future. The coupon never arrived!
