The car's exterior was really dirty. So much so that I chose to run it through a car wash during our rental time just to clean it up. The interior was clean. I believe the exterior was dirty because the rental location at the airport doesn't have a cleaning facility or location to wash returned vehicles, so not really the staff's fault. But maybe they could get a mobile cleaning service or something? Otherwise, the rental was good and I'm happy.Reviewed Jul 7 2026

I ordered this booking 6 months ago, and I totally forgot about it. When I tried to find the booking, I couldn't find it, and had to make reservation with another source. After completing my order on Kayak, I went to the enterprise location and was told there were no cars available although I was sent confirmation. I was not given any other options and I didn’t have time to seek a car anywhere else. Travel plans were ruined, I’m disappointed and dissatisfied with enterprise and kayak as my order was confirmed with no information that there may be an issue. Everything about my experience felt average, but the most frustrating part about it was the USB cable connection for the front seat. It is far too sensitive and disconnects easily. It is likely a faulty or damaged port. The pickup while on cruise control is unsafely slow.Reviewed Jul 6 2026
