Pickup was a pain, got a vehicle with 7% charge and then when I went back inside to exchange there was a long line of people that I had to wait behind to exchange my vehicle. The woman also initially tried to charge me the wrong price that was much more than what I booked it for. They did not have the vehicle that I rented and had nothing but excuses….I rented a pickup because that’s what I needed, received a mini van and we will call you… I had to call multiple times and then just showed up to finally get the pickup.
