App dont update in real timeCons:Booked a car rental the app showed there was a few cars available after booking my reservation and paying i find out upon arrival at the location the car was supposed to be at there was never no cars available i only drove 27 miles one way to pick up a car that was never there really not happyReviewed Jun 9 2018

Cons:My negative experience is when my contracted drop off point in the southland Chicago area was moved to another location a few miles away and when i got to that location found out that they were not ready to open for business due to city code violations. had to drop car at another nearest location took over 40 mins drive away. luckily i had a car to follow me, had i gone with original plan to have shuttle from work pick me up at original drop off location i would have been in trouble. Not happy with having to waste hour and half drive to drop at location out of my way. I incurred extra labor cost from work having employees follow me to the nearest open location.Reviewed Jan 22 2016
