The female sales associate that served me when I picked up my car was excellent. A definite asset to your agency/company. I picked up my car at 9:30 pm on 4.16. She brought my car to the terminal from the lot and then took the time to sit with me in the car to explain how the GPS system connected to my car and various other features of the car, SHE WENT THE EXTRA MILE IN DOING HER JOB!! THANK YOU!!! I thought I was renting a RAV4, instead I was given a VW Atlas. Sad to say, I did not think to request a non-smoking vehicle. I have coronary artery disease and after I was a few miles from the airport, I realized that someone who previously rented this vehicle, smoked in the car. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. Apart from the vehicle not being smoke free and really not clean. The rental experience was good only because of your female associate who served me.Reviewed Apr 24 2026
