Pros:Pick-up staff tried her best to accommodate me. Drop-off staff was argumentative and refused to agree that he was overcharging me. I had to email him the original rental agreement before he would refund me the difference between what he charged me and what the bill should have been.Cons:The vehicle was in terrible condition. The interior was filthy, the carpeting was all torn, the front tire was out of balance and shook terribly, the passenger door would not open with the key, the brakes screeched, there was a constant knocking in the front end AND the registration had expired.Reviewed Jul 18 2019

Cons:Bad: The tires needed air. Bad gas mileage for a small car. An old car of over 77K miles, with many scratches. Good: accomodating front desk agent. Gas was at full. Reasonably clean.Reviewed Jul 9 2019

The car we got from Budget Rental in Kodiak Alaska was RidiculousPros:It was fairly cheapCons:This car had some many things wrong with it, it was actually hilarious. We felt like we were driving a 17 year old's beater. There was severe dog chew damage on all the door handles, 4 cracks in the windshield, scratches on the side mirror, a blink was not working, there was a bent rim that wobbled the car and the seats were all stained. We started to document the issues when we picked it up and stopped after we realized that the budget employees here didn't care one bit about the car.Reviewed Oct 15 2018

Cons:Had to return the first car - brakes made bad noise and passenger side door didn't open. Side view mirrors adjustments didn't work. Car was very dirty. Second was also dirty. Front end held on by two nylon wire ties. It got to where we going, about the only good thing. Beyond horriblePros:NothingCons:Absolutely filthy, hadn't been cleaned in a long time Rear passenger door wouldn't open Interior door panels on all 4 doors ripped off Made a horrible noise when you put it in reverse Cracked windshield Returned car early before it broke down! Beat up car with $75K miles, dirty, duct tape on windowPros:I was able to switch the car out the next dayCons:The car seats were stained, dents all over the car, the window wouldn't roll up all the way and was held together with duct tape. It was pouring rain and water was leaking into the car, couldn't shut the window. The vehicle had $75K miles on it and felt unsafe.Reviewed Jul 6 2017
