Pros: The problem is: I’ve made my reservation and the amount was about 80.00$. Yesterday I got the bill, it was 192.74$. Something wrong here.

Cons: We returned the car via the after-hours drop-off - earlier than our rental was due. After checking our credit card statement we noticed that we had been charged an extra $100+ dollars. When I called to inquire, they had charged us for three extra days. Since there were no communications after the drop-off, we never would have known unless we checked the credit card statement. It felt underhanded and deceitful; I would not trust them again.

Good overall experience! Would do again.
Pros: I liked the Mazda! Very easy pick up and drop off.
Cons: While the attendant at our specific pick up point gave detailed directions, the cars were in a very difficult spot to find and it took my way too long. They were not parked in a marked area and it was a busy port and confusing.

Cons: According to my father, who dropped off since I had to catch a flight, Budget is trying to charge me SIX TIMES the rate I accepted through Kayak. I will have to spend hours today trying to rectify.

Pros: Car was new 5000 miles on it. Gas mileage was great.
Cons: I thought cars are all non smoking cars. They ruined this car. It smelled of smoke real bad. I did not see none smoking stickers on it.
