They didn’t have my reserved car. In fact they had NO CARS. It took me 4 more hours to travel to an airport where they did have cars and then I was charged $60 in airport taxes (plus the cost of a taxi ride to pick up the vehicle). And when I wanted to return the car to the original drop off site, that was another fee. Overall a terrible experience and I cannot recommend Budget/Avis.Reviewed Aug 29 2025

As a Fastbreak member I was disappointed that my reservation was canceled this weekend only a few min before I arrived at the location. This is the second time this has happened this year (first time was in LA where I waited 1.5 hours for a car). I should have learned my lesson then.Reviewed May 13 2024
