Pros: The pool area inside and outside is superb. The room was modern, spacious and clean. Very good breakfast, there is even one part for kids so that they can "prepare" breakfast themselves and also includes various baby food.
Cons: The resort is a bit far away from the city center, but there are a shuttle bus and public transportation. Just be careful after 21:00 you don't have too many options to go back to the hotel from downtown.

Cons: Shower door opens outward so can’t step onto bath mat when you come out of shower as the door pushes it away as you open. Buffet food repetitive and mainly caters for children, if you order poached egg you have to wait for 25munutes

Cons: Location - very far away from city center. Latest hotel free shuttle bus connection to/from Budapest city center is at 20.00. Best hours to visit Budapest citycenter with children in the hot summer days are after 20.00. (day time is spent in the water park) but there are no shuttle bus back to the hotel and returning to the hotel with public transort requires at least 3 changes of buses/metro lines and takes 1hour 30 minutes. You can take taxi but cost is at least 35eur from city center to the hotel. Of course you can rent a car

Cons: The food at breakfast had mold on it. They replaced it once they saw but we could not eat any more after that not knowing if it's from the same batch. The trash was not properly disposed of before we arrived.

Cons: Smell of the waste containers. In summer it's not very pleasant that you can't open a window. Our apartman was located above laundry that makes noise and vibrations sometimes from 7:00 AM.

Cons: When we got to the specified address, we found out that the accommodation is actually in another place - 10 min distance. When we arrived, no staff was around. Location is really creepy, can't find any restaurants around. There's just a non-stop shop who sells only drinks. Air conditioning was making some funny noises. Couldn't make Wifi to work.

Cons: Unfortunately, the room was not equipped with shampoo,shower gel and hand-soap. Hotel's staff refused to provide us with any personal care product because as they explained us, the responsible person(s) was not at work that day!?!?!
