Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews highlight significant dissatisfaction with the service, particularly at reception, describing staff as unfriendly or unhelpful in multiple languages. Cleanliness is mentioned as acceptable or good in some rooms, but issues like dirty bathrooms and old furniture are also noted. Value for price is seen as neutral, with some guests feeling the price is fair for a short stay, while others think it is not worth the money. The location receives mixed feedback: some appreciate proximity to transport or the airport, while others find it inconvenient. Bed comfort is a recurring negative, with several guests finding the beds uncomfortable. Overall, positives are limited to basic cleanliness in some rooms and reasonable pricing for short stays, but service and comfort are major concerns.
