Perfect in every way
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The interior was very tastefully decorated
The hotel staff are really helps, the rooms are comfort, clean and beautiful
The pool cost money
Location
Room very noisy. Extra charge to use the swimming pool and sauna. Had to pay extra for breakfast.
Very nice hotel, first class.
Price should include pool use and some breakfast.
Stylish hotel, great location
Hotel is in a great location in the Jewish quarter- loads of brilliant bars and restaurants nearby. Loved the pool. Decor is gorgeous.
Room was a little small and cramped
The hotel had a beautiful lobby and the rooms were well-equipped and clean. At first blush, the neighborhood seemed quite gritty but upon further exploration, we found some great restaurants and cafes and ended up really liking the location.
The standard room we booked was quite cramped with a king-sized bed. Also, the hotel charges an extra fee to use the pool and sauna.
Hotel was very clean and modern - loved the decor. Hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The hotel provided loads of information on arrival including suggested tours, public transport, recommended restaurants, etc.
Only one small complaint and that is that the spa facilities are not really big enough for a hotel of that size. For example, the changing rooms at the wellness centre (pool, sauna, jacuzi etc) would only just squeeze about 4 people in at a time. Only enough sunbeds on the roof terrace for about 8. For a hotel with 200+ rooms - not really big enough and at the end of the day when everyone returns from sightseeing and wants a quick dip in the pool - just not enough room/space.
Really relaxing stay.
We could hear noise from the siderooms - was a little bit annoying in the early morning.
The staff on the reception was helpful and polite.
food from the restaurant
locationn
Superiror value for euro spent which exceeded my expectations!
I was unable to stay longer.
Breakfast, swimming pool
This was my second stay at this hotel. It was a pleasure to walk into that impressive reception area again, and I also enjoyed sitting in the Gallery bar for some food and drink. Room was again comfortable with a useful laptop-size safe and well-stocked minibar.
When you take a shower and discover that the floor is wet don't be surprised. The shower screen hangs on a pivot and there is a 5mm gap between the pivot and the bath itself. Both my rooms were like that, so it's not a one-off.
Where to start with the good points??!!! As soon as we walked in we were looked after - cases taken to our room and shown the vital pieces of equipment. The hotel is spotless. The dining room is superb and the staff very friendly and I would recommend it to every type of traveller young or old. go for the revolving door alone.
Nothing that I would call bad. if anything we thought the mini bar prices were expenisve - but hey, I'm having to be really picky.
