Cons (-) Coming back around 1AM, I found the door of the “24 open reception” closed and a notification saying the receptionist was upstairs tending to a “security matter” and would come back in 5 minutes. I waited. And waited. 20 minutes later some other patron showed up, and phoned the hotel (my phone was dead or I would have done the same way earlier.)
