Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location near the train station and the friendliness of some staff members. However, many reviews highlighted serious cleanliness issues, noise disturbances, and a lack of basic amenities such as air conditioning, toiletries, and proper maintenance. Some guests found the beds uncomfortable or the room temperature difficult to manage. Overall, while the location is a strong point, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, amenities, and noise insulation.
