For the price, the value was excellent! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was very good.
The biggest drawback was the quality of the bed...not horrible, but could have been better.

Great staff, excellent location. Very close to Metro/Tram.
Bathroom floor gets wet after shoer...curtain needs replacing.

It was close to the center of Brussels, everything was at walking distance.
The staff didn't speak Dutch, though Dutch is one of the two officials languages of the city.

It was the last one available, and close to where I needed to be.
The room was very small and the bed was worn out. Also very noisy. Breakfast was not very good, bread was bit stale. No english channels on the TV. Highly overpriced for what it offered (375 single for three nights).
