As we were going to the mountain very early we requested to have breakfast 30 minutes prior to the normal start. The hotel staff refused to provide any breakfast even a basic muesli and yogurt bowl. As a result, despite paying for heal pension we never ate breakfast at the property.
I travel all over Central Europe and spend a lot of time in Tirol and Südtirol, the people are always warm and welcome. The staff at hotel Bologna was not helpful, they were not detail oriented, and the overall experience was one of the worst I've experienced in 20 years of traveling. From a cigarette smoke filled New Years Eve dinner, to extremely thin walls and loud guests every night, combined with rude staff, and a general uncleanliness to the property I would not recommend this property.

Convenient location
Had to leave early and have 2 weeks notice. They would not reduce the price and charged me for 2 days we weren’t there.

The restaurant’s terrace
Small room, getting coffee at breakfast took very long, we went to the city center for a 2nd one. Very small bathroom. Lot of trafficnoise from the mainroad just ahead.
