Guests consistently highlight the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, with many describing the service as among the best they've experienced. The breakfast is frequently praised for its quality, variety, and local products. Cleanliness stands out as a strong point, with rooms and common areas kept impeccably tidy. The on-site restaurant receives positive remarks for both its convenience and the quality of its food, and the pool and wellness facilities are appreciated for relaxation after active days. Some guests mention minor drawbacks such as lack of air conditioning or occasional noise from the main road, but overall, the positives far outweigh the negatives, making this hotel highly recommended by most reviewers.
