Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, which is convenient for exploring the city and close to major attractions, restaurants, and parking. However, many reviews mention issues with service, such as lack of staff presence at reception and slow response to problems. Cleanliness is a concern for several guests, with reports of dirty bathrooms, dust, and dated decor. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, with complaints about limited variety and quality. Safety concerns are raised due to unsecured room keys and easy access to rooms. Overall, while the location is a highlight, improvements are needed in service, cleanliness, breakfast, and security.AI-generated from customer reviews
