Pros (+) subway (w/Metrocard machines available) literally one step away; off-street free parking (the only reason I stayed). Actually a decent area compared to many Brooklyn shiteholes. Hate to admit it was reasonably clean (see my negatives on that regard)
Cons (-) mold and mildew in the bathroom, no TV remote. Staff absolutely inflexible about early checkin.. coming in at 4 am, that will be a full day charge - at their inflated (non internet) rate even though they were 20% full when I arrived. Tried to negotiate 1/2 day extra fee, but got a bunch of nope for my trouble. BE SURE to only book through the Internet (30% cheaper), they won't match the internet r...
