Pros: Top, best location in Brindisi Very helpfull host, thank you Andrea !!!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything, we called to check-in and had a warm and friendly reception. The house was totally renovated and is modern, trendy and roomy. The ground floor has an open living room with couch area, dining and kitchen There are only 2 rooms and each is beautiful. Our host is joyful and warm.
Cons: Nothing
10,0 Excellent
Pros: great room with a great location. the beds were very comfy and the accommodation was modern and clean. all in all a really good choice for somewhere to stay in brindisi.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Fabulous place in the best location run by Andrea, a great guy who couldn't have been more helpful.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Andrea was a great host contacting ahead of arrival so he was there to greet us. The place was spotless and charming. Facilities were great and the location couldn’t be any better to enjoy Brindisi. Fantastic place and will certainly be staying there again if I am in Brindisi
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The host Andrea was fantastic and organised everything for us. The apartment was modern and very different. Breakfast was at a local restaurant and fully met our needs. Apartment was less than 50 metres to the waterfront, an ideal position, and restaurants aplenty.
Cons: There were a lot of stairs which could be an issue for those with health issues, but there is a lift for luggage which is handy. Perhaps a bar fridge in the apartment would be useful.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Most welcoming place you’ll find. Exceeded all my expectations on every level, and I just arrived from a 5 Star Design Hotel in Malta. The attention I received was incredible that I increased my stay and changed my plans!

Pros: Everything. The breakfast was a joy.
Cons: Nothing to dislike, everything perfect.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast and oh so helpful host,
Cons: Nothing
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent breakfast and very helpful owner.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: This is a very home-like place to stay, with generous breakfasts including delicous jams and cakes made by the owner's mother. Our room was comfortable, although might be a problem for people sensitive to scents, and the bathroom was gorgeous. The owner was very friendly, talkative, and helpful, and we enjoyed meeting his mother. Especially good for spending the night before or after a flight, since it is near the airport.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was good- considerably better than that provided by the agriturismo we stayed at previously. The location was good- quiet, but near where the boat leaves to across the harbour, so you can have a pleasant walk along both sides of the inlet. There are several restaurants and a lively walking and eating area on the other (Brindisi town) side. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The air conditioning was effective. Parking was on the street which was quiet and I think safe. We stayed at this hotel so we had an easy journey the next morning to return our rental car at the airport- I think it took about 8 mins and there are petrol stations en route if you need to fill up.
Cons: Some of the decor in the room was strange but this is a minor point.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent place for either 2 weeks or 1 night!! ☺️☺️☺️ Owner (Mauricio?) is just so welcoming and helpful in any matter that you couldn’t say enough to give it a justice. He’s english might not be great but he is trying hard to make sure he can help as much as he can and make sure your needs are satisfied. He’s “Mamma” is also very warm and welcoming and she’s preparing best breakfast in Italy!!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Conveniently located near the airport. Although we had a brief struggle in finding our way to the B&B in the dark driving from the airport the premises were well-lit and stood out from other properties in the street. Within walking distance of the inlet overlooking the harbour & the old town of Brindisi, a short ferry ride away. A warm welcome from Maurizio on arrival. A comfortable bedroom, twin beds, with en suite bathroom. A splendid self-service breakfast spread with cheese, cold meats, yogurts, and delicious cakes and pastries home-made by Maurizio's mother. Coffee was on hand and alternative hot drinks available. We had access to a toaster and a microwave. Street parking was available directly outside the B&B.
Cons: The most negative part of our trip was in finding our way driving from the airport in the dark. Street signs are not always in evidence. However, we were able to ask for directions and didn't take too long to find our way
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great personal service, Maurizio picked us up from the airport after dropping off the hire car and returned us to the airport for our early-ish flight next morning. Breakfast was lovely, homemade cakes, fruit, yoghurt, ham and cheese and lovely coffee. Lovely room, quiet to sleep, good air-conditioning and a short walk to the quayside and a typical Italian restaurant where we enjoyed sitting outside in a courtyard. I would definitely stay again.
Cons: Nothing
9,6 Excellent
Pros: This is a small but fabulous B&B. Our room was lovely. The bathroom was superb and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was the best I have had in Italy. But what really makes this place is Maurizio and his mother. They are really lovely people who genuinely enjoy welcoming people to their home. Because the B&B is situated conveniently for the airport I imagine that many guests just stay for one night which is a shame. We spent the morning visiting Brindisi which is a lovely town. We got the little ferry across the bay which stops very close to the B&B.
Cons: Nothing. Just wish we could have stayed longer!
7,5 Good
Pros: Close to the airport. The B&B is nothing fancy but it serves the purpose of staying close to the close to the airport. The value for money was very good.
Cons: The interior of the property is a bit run down but that was expected given the price point.

Pros: it was like staying on a working farm
Cons: Pity that they did not do lunch there but they gave us an excellent recommendation in the town nearby
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The masseria was welcoming with a lovely pool and grounds. The room was spacious and comfortable with very effective air conditioning. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the catering was excellent.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: It was wonderful! The hosting and service were great! We loved our stay
10,0 Excellent
Cons: Private party on the night of arrival so restaurant closed.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The room and the farm rural setting. Very good as a touring base. Pool area is nice and a good sun trap. It is also working farm that produces the food, wine and olive oil that is used in restaurant. Their own wine was of a very good standard with a fine fruity flavour.
Cons: Would have been better if an alternative a la carte menu was available not just a 26 euro set menu with very little choice of anything. The breakfast could also do with a few more things to eat as most days there was no bananas or nectarines and only fruit being a slice of water melon, also the same limited pastries most days. The quality of the food was good though and very rural Italian but unfortunately not consistent, with some days being lower quality and over an hour to receive first course (suspect chef off)
2,9 Mediocre
Pros: Breakfast was good
Cons: The pictures do not correspond to the reality. We booked a superior double room and got the exact same one as the one shown in the pictures as basic double room. Further it seems that the rooms have not been renovated in years and the state of them is very aged. Mattress was also not confortable and very old. Impossible to get a good rest. In addition they ask that you pay 5 euros for an ikea’s towel (worth new less than that) for the pool in a disgraceful condition (holes, faded, ...). In the end we did not pay for them as they agreed they were not in good condition but this is not up to the standard of what we paid for.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very impressive place, staff were wonderful and very knowledgeable
Cons: Nothing
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Stayed up to check us in due to a very delayed flight.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Excellent masseria to stay at. The food (breakfast and dinner menu) were both excellent. Also the staff was very friendly and accommodating! Would visit again so highly recommend.
Cons: Nothing.

8,3 Excellent
Pros: Great location , very helpful staff . Property is old but not the problem because it was clean .
7,1 Good
Pros: The staff are friendly and they had upgraded us to a sea view suite for our one night stay as we were on our honeymoon. The seafront hotel is in a great location for exploring Brindisi.
Cons: The hotel has a faded grandeur about it. The bed and pillows were quite stiff and upon a closer look we noticed that the room was in need of a deeper clean. The towel rail was very dusty. The breakfast was also disappointing.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location, location location!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The history and location were amazing, straight out onto the boardwalk with many restaurants and just down the road from the end of the Apian way columns,
Cons: Nothing
5,8 Okay
Pros: The position is fantastic and the entrance is fascinating.
Cons: The room was simply empty. Very spacious and clean but not the room advertised on the website. Plus the shower was old and half of the water came out of the pipe instead of the faucet. The hair dryer was from the 60s. Finally, they advertise on the website a rental bike service which DOES NOT EXIST.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Very central location and efficient and friendly staff. The room was at a very competitive rate.
Cons: The rooms and the whole hotel could do with a general overhaul.
7,5 Good
Pros: The breakfast and location were very good. Room was clean.
Cons: Public areas are very worn and not well cleaned. The bed was hard as rocks, pillows very thin.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Old world charm with comfortable beds, excellent bathrooms and attentive staff. The location is superb.
Cons: No outdoor seating, no bar and some of the public areas need upgrading with new carpets. Car parking €13 per day.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Think best place Gallipoli
10,0 Excellent
Pros: At check in, they upgraded us to a front room facing the sea with two big windows. We loved watching the boats go by, along with the continual flow in the evening of the people strolling up and down the promenade which was lined with great restaurants and cafes. Breakfast was in a grand room and very substantial. The location was convenient for walking around the historic center of the city and taking a boat across the channel. This was our most favorite hotel in all of Puglia. Really worth more than a "10"
Cons: We wish we had booked for more than 2 days! We hated to leave.

9,2 Excellent
Pros: The place was over the expectations. The photos used on booking.com are not so great but in fact the resort looks much better. Big rooms, fridge, beautiful pool with reserved beds, friendly staff, private parking, balcony, aircon, daily cleaning. It is quited and not croudy. Easy to relax.
Cons: Car is recommended. There is a restaurant inhouse but this is not that kind of Italian restaurant that you can sit and relax in the evening. In the town nearby (2km) there is plenty of nice local food.

6,3 Good
Pros: Good location and breakfast was good value.
Cons: Bed very hard and very shallow hard pillows. Breakfast on the 7th floor roof terrace, but lift was out of order for our whole stay
5,0 Okay
Pros: People were nice and helpful
Cons: The elevator was broke throughout the stay (big problem as the breakfast was on 7th floor). The rooms were very small, A.C. didn't wotk properly and furniture was out-dated. For 2 days, there was no trash can in the room. Electric sockets were oudated and didn't match the European standard wires. The Wi-Fi was weak
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Very good breakfast with quality product. Nice rooftop. It surpassed expectations.
Cons: The aesthetic is quite old.
7,1 Good
Pros: Good location, comfortable room
Cons: Everything was fine
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Staff were really friendly and helpful. Pointed out good places to visit and eat and drink on a handy map. Hotel was clean and tidy. Rooms were spacious. Plenty of storage space. Bathroom was nice and all clean. Breakfast was really good. Plenty of food available. Hot and cold buffet including croissants which were kept warm, cheese, ham, eggs, sausages, yogurts, cereals, fruit, bread/toast etc. Fruit juices were in plentiful supply. Coffee was available in a jug or you could order espresso, cappuccino etc. Breakfast was served on the roof terrace and you could sit inside in air conditioning or outside in sun or shade. Really lovely atmosphere and the breakfast lady was very friendly. Kept our luggage for us behind reception on the day we left so we didn't have to drag it around with us all day. Really good central location close to sea, bars, restaurants and station.
Cons: Plug sockets in room were not standard and needed a special adapter which we had to ask for at reception. They only had one so we had to charge things in rotation and my medical equipment needs to be plugged in all night. Not a major issue though.

8,3 Excellent
Pros: actually, when I came to hotel and checked-in, I was surprised a little. Because I expected worse situation, I needed apartment in the centre, close to train station and bus stop to the airport onle for one night. I've read reviews about this hotel. and they were not very kind, sunny with and high ratings. But I decided to risk. - Personnel: kind, attentive, communicative, helpful. 24hours reception. - room: simple, clean, nothing is brocken, balcony, fridge. Maybe, furniture is not very modern and fresh, but it isn't disturb if the room is clean and don't smell. - Location: one of the best in Brindisi, in the centre, some supermarkets are nearby, a lot of shops. This is the centre -centre. - breakfast: simple, italian, but all products are fresh and delicious. Aftecheck-out I asked personnel to leave my luggage in hotel until evening (especially for me was very important to leave in the fridge some products which I bought for my family and friends). They did not refuse me. Than you, thsnk you a lot. For one or some nights you can stay in this hotel confidently.
Cons: really I would like torecommend to refresh room and bathroom a bit
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Very nice people on the hotel, near the historical center
7,9 Good
Pros: Excellent service at reception.
Cons: There was nothing to dislike.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Staff so accommodating and helpful. Took us to get diesel for our rent a car, printed out flight boards passses, helped us find a parking spot.
7,5 Good
Pros: Very good position close to the center of Brindisi, kind and helpful staff. The room is small and the furniture is modest, but there is a comfortable bed, air conditioning and a small fridge. There is the possibility to park the car in a close garage, even if it costs 15 euros per day.
Cons: The smell in the bathroom was quite strong and annoying, there were probably some issues with the pipes. There is no elevator, this was no problem for us but it could be important for some guests.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It was nice, neat and clean, staff was very calm and supportive, breakfast was great.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything, right in center, clean, staff excellent and great value.
7,5 Good
Pros: The hotel is very close to the city centre, shops, restaurants and the port which was convenient. The staff was also accommodating with our check out experience since we had to leave very early and had a car parked in a garage that didn't open till later. The reception person arranged for access.
Cons: The cleanliness is something the property could definitely improve on.
7,5 Good
Pros: Location between train station and old town on back street, easy access, quiet area. Staffsa are quite helpful and kind.

Pros: Very helpful staff
Cons: Location was out of town. Handy for the port but had to order takeaway.
5,0 Okay
Cons: absolutely unsuitable place if intended for vacation
5,4 Okay
Cons: Firstly, we had a room that smelled really, really bad.we asked for another room.we got it but they dis not want us to give it at first. Also, our room suppose to have a kitchenette (thats what it stated when we booked it) but it didn’t have in the smelly room. Once we changed it,there were kitchenette. However, you need to pay extra if u want to use it (which we did not know as it was not mentioned when we booked). Location was not great but alright. If you don’t have a car then better stay somewhere else. Breakfast was nothing special. I asked in advance if they offer vegan breakfast.they said they can do it. So my options were watermelon, apple, nectarine.
7,5 Good
Pros: Rooms and parking in a quiet spot outside of town center, an oasis in an industrial part of town. Close proximity to the harbour and car ferries. The staff was very efficient and friendly both at night and at breakfast.
Cons: Some noisy neighbours as the outside table was common for our three rooms. But they shut up after we told them good night.
7,9 Good
Pros: The staff was friendly, the breakfast was good
Cons: The way to arrive in the hotel in the evening is not easy, the roads are not properly lit
5,8 Okay
Pros: The staff was very nice. They also gave us the lift to the city centre.
Cons: Although it is 3 km from the city centre, the property is located in the industrial zone. Definitely not suitable for backpackers if you don’t have a car, because you only can get there by car or taxi for 15€. Breakfast was not really what we expected, it was kind of poor. Perfect for the ones who travelled the whole day and need to sleep somewhere.
6,0 Good
Pros: Convenient for Brindisi airport
Cons: The location of hotel was on an industrial estate.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Spacious, clean apartment. Perfect for a one-night transit.
Cons: She's in the wrong place in the middle of an industrial estate. There is no kitchen equipment.

8,8 Excellent
Pros: Great location for Brindisi airport. Very friendly staff. Great size room.
7,1 Good
Cons: Restuarant closed Fri to Monday Breakfast not adequate Booking.com should state that the location means that car need as local transport is poor.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel to stay in most of the day. A car is necessary. Swimming pool great and the staff is nice. Went to a good restaurant 1 km away. Totally moneys' worth.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The room ,the pool , reception, all staff polite and tried to understand our English and very quiet in day it was nice to relax and just chill out by pool not overcrowded rooms cleaned everyday with fresh towels
Cons: Breakfast was very poor not good if your a diabetic, too many sweet things and not enough choice evening meal was a disaster and at €20 very over priced no menu just decided what to cook on night location not great but bus service staff very unsure on times etc but was a timetable I would recommend a car downside got bitten quite alot pesky mosquito even with spray

Cons: That lunch was available
7,5 Good
Cons: Lighting. No lamps in rooms no extra pillows or blankets
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Apartment was very clean and regularly maintained. Staff very friendly and always ready to assist.
Cons: Possible introduction of shuttle service to Brindisi city centre...currently you either need to book a taxi or rent a car to reach the city centre...
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, very clean, rooms are big. Staff is really friendly
Cons: Breakfast could have more things (like eggs and cheese or ham)
5,8 Okay
Pros: It was peaceful during the day, lots of sun beds. Pool is nice. Rooms are clean but basic. Staff are friendly and tried their best to answer our questions.
Cons: This hotel is in the middle of nowhere. No entertainment. Some music was playing during the day but not sure if this was from someone’s room. In the evenings, it’s dead. Hotel was meant to be fully booked, but no one was around. Breakfast was basic. Could have done with some ham and cheese at least. Our room had a fridge and hob. But no kettle or pan, cutlery or anything. Asked for a pan and they didn’t have any. There is no lunch, only crisps or an ice cream. Considering it’s in the middle of nowhere, they should provide something. Bus service is not on time and we couldn’t figure out how to get back.

Pros: It was close to a nice cafe but that was the only good thing.
Cons: It was dirty, the receptionist that greeted me was creepy, they took my passport and made me leave it with them for over half an hour, the lock on the door did not work properly, the air conditioning did not work, the quilt on the bed was old and I worry it was not clean, their was mould all through the bathroom, it was hard to see through the windows they where so dirty, would defiantly never recommend to anyone. I’m not someone to feel uncomfortable very often but I was so scared that I put the desk in font of the door.

Pros: The aircon was probably the best thing about the room other than this, I'm honestly lost for words and cannot say much more.
Cons: I didn't like the fact that I put my check in time for 7-8 am, it was approved by the hotel and when we got there, we couldn't check in until 12 pm. The beds were uncomfortable and the shower facilities were disgusting. Never again.
9,2 Excellent

Pros: Nice, clean and good quality towels, clean bedsheets. Close to center. Next day receptionist wery helpfull. Mini fridge in the room.
Cons: Room was dirty with lots of dust. Toilet was disgusting. Aircondition didn't work. Elevator goes only to second floor, then stairs. There was mold on the wall on bathroom. Water preasure was wery low. Night receptionist make copy of our ID.

Pros: The receptionist was very helpful.. We only wanted to stay a few hours to catch a late flight so it suited our purpose, I couldn't have stayed there overnight.
Cons: The hotel is desperately in need of a refurbishment and some things looked positively unsafe... It's also a fair walk from the main harbour centre.

Pros: Day reception staff was very friendly and helpful, approachable
Cons: Too far from train station, hard to find. Night reception staff abrupt, asked about air conditioning was told don't know, in fact was not working, very hot uncomfortable night.

Pros: It's a great location right in the historic old town , just a 5 min stroll from the harbour area with its waterside restaurants. We walked to the hotel from the railway station, where the airport shuttle bus (1 Euro each way) drops you. Tremendous breakfast buffet. Lots of small cafes near the hotel. Excellent air conditioning. Good soundproofing.

Pros: Very good.
5,4 Okay
Pros: The location was good - near the station and airport and in the main town.
Cons: I had booked a room for 1 adult and 2 children (13 & 10). On arrival I was advised I had booked a double room and that we would have to share the bed. I haven't ever experienced this before and always assumed that we would get a sofa bed as well. My children aren't smalll and the reality was we were cramped in 2 twin beds that had been pushed together with me trying to sleep on the join.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Very central location in town. Comfortable room. Nice staff. Very high quality breakfast.
Cons: Road turns pedestrianized in the evening so it becomes a challenge getting to the hotel by car if you arrive late.

6,3 Good
Pros: The breakfast was good and parking available.
Cons: The rooms are dated. We had more comfort in private B&B, we were disappointed about what this hotel offers.
7,5 Good
Pros: Easy location
Cons: Quiet
6,3 Good
Pros: No so bad but too much isolated
Cons: Out of the city center to much
5,4 Okay
Cons: The second time I stayed there and they did not have any water supply. They still charge you for the bottled water even though you had to use it to brush your teeth
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Rooms are spacious (for IT standards), breakfast is great and, although it ends at 9.30, there is always something on the table, Staff is friendly and helpful.
Cons: The location is great if you have a car (we did) and if you want to use the the hotel as the starting point to go to the gorgeous Alto Salento beaches (or if you are on your way to Greece/Albania). The location is not great if you want to use this hotel to visit Brindisi. A point in need of improvement is staffing at check-out times. You cannot have one poor receptionist dealing with all the people that have to check out at the same time.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: In spite of the fact that we expected less from this hotel having read the previous reviews and seeing the position, it was a nice surprise all in all. A good navigation device gets you there easy. The hotel is a proper location if you get there by car otherwise it can be difficult to visit the city by foot or get somewhere by night. A taxi could be the alternate solution. But again, this seems to us a good transit hotel, before boarding the ferry which is very close. The parking is large and safe. The room was very clean and comfortable and both bathroom and minibar were well equipped. A/C worked well. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of products. Tasteful pastry.
Cons: Maybe the size of the pillow but this depends on the personal preferences anyway. The restaurant had for dinner only four menus to chose from, quite strange for a four star hotel but, to be honest, the food was excellent. Our room had no balcony. The personnel is reduced in size, the girl in the reception was acting as a waiter in the restaurant, too. Any other language than Italian could be a problem, English included, but finally we managed to understand each other.

Pros: Great linked rooms to accommodate family. Clean. Perfect for a stop over.
5,8 Okay
Cons: Worst breakfast ever in my live. Almost empty, no cafe, old bread only some bad smelling cake
7,1 Good
Pros: Bed size, breakfast
Cons: Very bland experience, no in room facilities or information booklet, long way to town centre.
