Pros: Everything, we called to check-in and had a warm and friendly reception. The house was totally renovated and is modern, trendy and roomy. The ground floor has an open living room with couch area, dining and kitchen There are only 2 rooms and each is beautiful. Our host is joyful and warm.

Pros: The host Andrea was fantastic and organised everything for us. The apartment was modern and very different. Breakfast was at a local restaurant and fully met our needs. Apartment was less than 50 metres to the waterfront, an ideal position, and restaurants aplenty.

Pros: The host Andrea was fantastic and organised everything for us. The apartment was modern and very different. Breakfast was at a local restaurant and fully met our needs. Apartment was less than 50 metres to the waterfront, an ideal position, and restaurants aplenty.
Cons: There were a lot of stairs which could be an issue for those with health issues, but there is a lift for luggage which is handy. Perhaps a bar fridge in the apartment would be useful.

Pros: EVERYTHING!! The location near the airport was superior. The room was very clean and well-appointed. The WIFI was strong which is important for me in my work. Maurizio was kind and most solicitous of all of my needs. Because I have a disability, he carried my baggage upstairs and downstairs for me, and also took me from the airport and back to the train station the next day. So very kind. I even got to meet his mom, who made the most delicious pastries for breakfast you will ever eat. If you are in Brindisi, I strongly urge you to consider staying with Maurizio. You will not be disappointed.

Pros: The breakfast was good- considerably better than that provided by the agriturismo we stayed at previously. The location was good- quiet, but near where the boat leaves to across the harbour, so you can have a pleasant walk along both sides of the inlet. There are several restaurants and a lively walking and eating area on the other (Brindisi town) side. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The air conditioning was effective. Parking was on the street which was quiet and I think safe. We stayed at this hotel so we had an easy journey the next morning to return our rental car at the airport- I think it took about 8 mins and there are petrol stations en route if you need to fill up.

Cons: There was some difficulty communicating about pick-up and arrival. Once that was sorted out, Maurizio was lovely and most accommodating. It was a minor miscommunication, and settled easily.

Cons: Access to the hotel via car on the one way system and the harbour front proved to be very difficult, particularly arriving late at night. An error by the hotel/booking company meant that one of the rooms with sea view that we'd paid for was not available which was disappointing.

Cons: The location is great if you have a car (we did) and if you want to use the the hotel as the starting point to go to the gorgeous Alto Salento beaches (or if you are on your way to Greece/Albania). The location is not great if you want to use this hotel to visit Brindisi. A point in need of improvement is staffing at check-out times. You cannot have one poor receptionist dealing with all the people that have to check out at the same time.
