4,2 Okay
Pros: It provided a base for our skiing although we would not have chosen this location ordinarily, it was a last minute change.
Cons: The hotel is basic as is the decor, heating and telephone in one of our rooms did not work. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything in other rooms. There was no fridge or tea/coffee making facilities. The website claims that the main gondola is only 400m away when it is more like 800m and this matters when carrying ski gear up and down hills. The TV in the other room worked intermittently, there was only 1 set of towels and the toilet paper was not replenished on one day. The ‘magnetic’ keys were irritating and kept being rendered inoperable for no particular reason even when they were not near a phone. The parking facilities are limited and very difficult to park in. Although the rooms were generally tidy and the cleaning staff were pleasant, the floors were not always clean. The safe is not easy to access and only partially opens.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Nice river side room, clean, the spa is simple but great
Cons: The mattress should be changed The breakfast is a little overpriced
5,8 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: A bit run down and common areas are not very nice and cosy

7,0 Good
Pros: Check-in was extremely quick and from arriving to the hotel and entering the room it took us less than 5 minutes. Rooms were very clean with a beautiful view to the mountain area. There is plenty of parking available on-site. Also breakfast was great in a sunny room with plenty of choice.
Cons: Rooms were extremely called and there was no heating available. We were not able to sleep because of the cold.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable Helpful staff Central
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and modern bathroom
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Small and friendly property. A large bathroom. The size of the room was enough to comfortably move around Tje wifi was working. Could be used to stream movies to laptop.
Cons: Our comfort room was by the elevator which was heard into the room. But there was no one using it after 2230. The beds does not have a soft top mattress, so it was i bit to hard as I like to sleep on the side. My daughter had no problem to sleep. All TV channels are in French or dubbed in French.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Close to the gonola
Cons: No ski room, wifi was very slow
6,0 Good
Pros: Breakfast was simple and lacked a little variety. Pastries were fresh although some guests took more than their fair share, no doubt to cater for their lunch etc. I asked for tomatoes but this was not accommodated and when i requested more flavoured yoghurts I was told these would come 'a demain'. Unfortunately tomorrow never came. Food on the slopes is very expensive (a known) and it would have been helpful to provide a larger selection for breakfast and some do like to pack for lunch too. Perhaps offer this service as a paid option. Hotel manager / owner was very helpful when my partner injured her leg although no staff were available to assist with luggage on the final day when we were skiing and she had to check out alone. Late check out unavailable.
Cons: The village on the whole was quiet and did lack a little variety on the restaurant front. It is a spa town not a party town and we were aware of this. Restaurants lack a little variety and the hotel does not do enough to promote its own restaurant which was largely empty. The hotel could do more to entice the apes skier. The bar was not actively managed and the lounge room should form a more open part of the hotel as it does not entice you with the lack of music / atmosphere / bar staff as it should and easily could following a day on the slopes. The hotel was apparently fairly full but you would never have known this apart from at breakfast. This could easily change as they are losing out to other venues and the income that comes with that.

8,8 Excellent
Pros: Lovely rustic hotel at the eastern end of Brides-Les-Bains. Great views. Cosy bar, log fire, and restaurant. We were visiting our son who is a ski instructor in La Tania, and he came for dinner both nights. Not much choice on the menu, but if you happen to like what's on offer, the food is good.
Cons: Parking is limited, so you are in a car you may want to drop the luggage and find somewhere nearby, which we managed to do within a few minutes walk.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Nice place to stay!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very cosy, nice breakfast and restaurant

Cons: Service need to be improved, guests wishes and requests are not always welcome. Lack of assistance. In the morning we were making coffee downstairs by ourselves having to look for cups to use and still were charged full price for it. Spa is working very limited hours.

7,0 Good
Pros: Location good for the olympic lift and free Brides le Bain shuttle minibus to the Olympic lift almost outside the hotel
Cons: Brides Les Bain is quiet but I would take that as a bonus.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Location is great, and the room was very well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay! The hotel is also very well maintained and has stylish interiors. All in all, superb value for your money (compared to other places nearby).
Cons: The room and the shower were a bit small for a skiing trip. Also carrying our big suitcase up to the third floor on the narrow staircase wasn't a pleasant experience. These are however minor details and overall the hotel is great!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I was pleasantly surprised. The accommodation and the town were both very nice. The accommodation is basic but has everything that you need and is very good value for money. The town is very nice with good underground parking very close by. Also shops, bars and restaurants.

8,8 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly hostess. No problem with late check-in and early check-out. Great location only 5-minute walk from ski lift. A lot of restaurants in 5-minute walk. Free parking near hotel.
Cons: Old furniture, small shower.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel manager is excellent & very easy to deal with. She makes a distinct effort to compete any requests quickly & efficiently. Also the location of the hotel is right near one of the main granola lifts that takes you straight to Meribel Centre in 30 mins. Couldn’t ask for more - was perfect for my stay.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Host was excellent, rooms were clean, location was great.
3,0 Mediocre
Pros: Leaving it.
Cons: When I arrived at the hotel, the front door was locked. There was a telephone number on the door, and the proprietor said he would be along in 10 minutes to let me in. 30 minutes later he arrived. Very old hotel in poor condition. Virtually no facilities. Breakfast in the restaurant next door. Your website advertised this hotel as having an outdoor pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Guess what??? It had none of these facilities!!!!! Why do you advertise the existance of things like this when you must know they do not exist?? Or do you???????
4,3 Okay
Pros: Nothing ... we arrived and the hotel was locked up ... we called and the manager arrived and was not overly friendly ... we were disappointed.
Cons: I was surprised, I expected something better even for the price we paid. the hotel was clear, rooms very small, no elevator, we were first put on 3rd floor for no apparent reason and then asked and moved to 1st floor. Personally I thought the hotel was a "whole in a wall' and would have preferred to pay another 20 to 30 euros for a better room.
6,7 Good
Pros: A brilliant budget hotel with everything you need nearby! An excellent alternative to the expensive town centre of the nearby ski resort. If you don't mind the 25 minutes gondola ride, then its perfect for a short stay.
6,3 Good
Pros: Friendly helpful staff with good english and room cleaned every day.
Cons: There was not any facilities in the room, at least a kettle would have been good.
3,7 Mediocre
Pros: Good quality and value 'bistro' type restaurant next door (apparently run by the same people)
Cons: Room much too cramped, second worse hotel we have stayed in in last ten years (but very handy for 3-Valleys ski-ing)

7,0 Good
Pros: Breakfast buffet is okay for French Alpes standard, but not impressive. Cosy lounge bar. Spacious and heated ski room. Very close to gondola lift connection to Meribel (easy walking distance in ski boots). Free parking.
Cons: All five days of our stay (27 December 2019 - 1 January 2020) there was a powerful disgusting sour/rotten stench in the stairwell and in the halls (but not at all in rooms) of the annex where we stayed. We reported this to reception but nothing was done about it and we received no explanation, let alone compensation.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff are really nice. The location is the best you can get in this area. There is a room to keep the skis outside. No noise.

9,0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable family run hotel that is very welcoming. Ideal location right next to the Olympic lift that takes you up to Meribel. Excellent breakfast and four course evening meal as part of a very reasonably priced half board deal. Good quality Cote du Rhone house wine available with dinner by the pichet at very affordable prices. Ideal for a long weekend of skiing where not booking a Saturday to Saturday which most places in the main resorts insist on. Overall a winner.

9,0 Excellent
Pros: Great apartment, everything we needed. Jacuzzi and steam room were great at the end of the day to relax after skiing. Arriving late was no problem and calling the property to arrange late access was easy. Parking (underground) was easy and worth the money. Plenty of light in the apartment and the balcony was nice. The kitchen was well provisioned with dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. Plenty of cutlery and crockery too. Beds (2 singles) were comfortable and there was plenty of space for clothes storage. Ski storage was very accessible and everything dried overnight. Spar shop, restaurants and gondola very close by. Driving from Lyon airport was straightforward and snow chains were not required (Brides Les Bains is at low altitude). Staff were friendly and made checking in and out easy. We were able to leave the car and luggage after check out so we could ski for the day.
Cons: The only thing I would improve would be to add a fixture to mount the shower head higher so you can stand under it as the only way to use it was to hand hold it.
