Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent service, with staff described as friendly, helpful, and attentive. Cleanliness is another strong point, as rooms and common areas are frequently mentioned as spotless. Breakfast receives positive feedback for its quality and variety, though a few guests found it repetitive. The location is appreciated for its convenience, especially for skiing, but some note it is less ideal without a car. Bed comfort is a recurring negative, with several guests finding mattresses or pillows uncomfortable. Overall, the hotel offers good value, a welcoming atmosphere, and a pleasant stay, especially for those prioritizing service and cleanliness.
