Location is 5 mins on taxi from town and about 2 pounds in taxi or 10 mins walk. Breakfast is lovely and view form the back of the hotel is beautiful

Cons: It is very remote and was hard following our GPS to the location. My wife and I are in our mid 70’s. Because we are traveling for more than a month we each have a full suitcase which we had to carry upstairs 2 floors. No other guests around when we checked in but no help was provided. For younger people or for those traveling light there would be no problem.

Cons: Entry in the room is based on a key, but you have a card for starting the electricity (strange). The door is closing/opening very hard. The sauna is not available all the time, you need to ask the host to prepare it because is not in the common area.

Cons: I’d recommend having a free self serve coffee machine! It took a while getting my coffee and that is the most important thing for breakfast for some. Also I may want to just grab a coffee and go to my room to drink it and not necessarily want to sit down to wait for my coffee. So a self serve coffee machine would be great!

Cons: We were not aware that during our 3 nights stay, there is a car race right outside our window, we woke up at 7 am since it was the starting point of the race. It was extremely loud and we could not sleep once the cars started. All streets were closed around the villa due to the race cars that were parking there, so we had to park 10 min walk. If only the stuff could notify us about this prior to our arrival, we could have chosen a different place to stay, or different dates to arrive.

Cons: The reservation was made at Pensiunea Ambient, but they sent us to Hotel Ambient which is split between 3 and 4 stars. Even though we booked a room with a balcony, the room had no such facility (the balcony being the main reason why we booked this property). After endless discussions about this issue, they gave us 2 single rooms with balcony.

Cons: I have stayed at this hotel before, but this time the room was a huge disappointment. The carpet, the walls and the curtains were all dirty. The bed sheets were old and had visible signs of wear. There were no easily accessible power sockets - you had to move the nightstand and unplug the lamp. It has the look and feel of a dirty old motel and the price of an above average hotel.

Cons: No elevator, so if you have a lot of luggage and your room is up on a 3-rd floor, take it into consideration. Or book a room on lower floors. Small breakfast room, we had to wait 25 minutes till there was a place for us at 8 a.m.

Although the parking area is not the best one,but if you are travelling with a car,you can leave it behind the building,not having to be afraid. It was very positive,that one of the workers (or the owner,i don't know) called us,when we where on the way,to find out how much time we still need to reach them,and how we can find the place.I liked that :)

Cons: Here we go - read this carefully - THE WALLS ARE VERY THIN! There is no official parking lot - you have to park around town and it's 12 lei a day(2.6 eur) closest parking spot we found was 5-6 minutes away - furthest 15 min away depending on the day...sooo Good luck?! The staff - oh boy - I guess it depends on the day and the mood they are in and probably how busy they are ... We were suppose to check in at 3 - however the room was not ready - and they told us the room would be ready by 4.30 which was a bit unsettling however they checked us in at 3.45ish. Remember when i said the walls are very thin - at a point in time Some people were having fun in the rooms next to us and you could hear all the moans and whispers in stereo...

Cons: NOTE: we are a couple in our mid twenties, backpacking around Europe. We are not very fussy and stay in dorm rooms alot. This was a break from dorms and we were shocked. - Family run business and some staff were rude. (Husband and daughter were really nice). - The floor where your rooms are can be accessed by anyone as there is no locked door from the street. - Mattress was ripped and the bathroom ceiling fan was out of the roof. - No curtains. - wifi didnt reach the room, had to sit in the restaurant downstairs to use it.

Cons: The bathroom door cannot be closed properly,that is something that should be fixed,especially when you are not travelling alone (room no. 3) The walls are very thin,you can hear everything what is happenning in the neighbour room. The room was located in the roof,so if you have problems walking on the stairs,this accomodation is not suitable for you. We booked for 3 nights,but i dont think we are going to choose this place next time.
