Not much to like, super expensive with very old, not vintage, old stuff, now what you expect for what you are paying.
If this was a 120 reais per day would be perfect, however it tas 880 reais, and definitely not worth it, especially with other great hotels in the city, like royal tulip, that is half the cost and much, much better.
Elevators take too long during breakfast time
Staff gentle manners. Although understaffed the personnel is helpful and gentle.
There is a problem of maintenance. Some plugs do not work, the furniture is not well kept.
The location was excellent for visiting the sites about town.
The staff were not very service oriented. We had a hotel staff member open and attempt to enter our room without even knocking on the door before trying to open it.
Location to shops and tourist attractions
No tea/coffee making provision in room
