Pros: The food here is outstanding. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The location and ambience of the building in amongst the rolling fields of Österlen is wonderful. The rooms are beautifully decorated. The entire place has an air of tranquillity.
Cons: We had an attic room and I kept banging my head on the ceiling.
Pros: The rooms were well designed in an older style, quaint, and of high quality. Rooms were nice and quiet and had a charm. The food was just spectacular. 3 course meal, very well designed to give you French style incredible sauces mixed with experimental effects. I loved the smoked mayonnaise and purée of celery root. Really delicious and creative meals. The staff was so friendly and made a point of presenting all the courses so you could appreciate the ingredients. The owners greeted us and spent time with us. We left with a really nice feeling.
Cons: All good
Pros: The food and the staff
Cons: The room was a little warm
Pros: Delightful in every way! A lovely comfortable room and a delicious dinner. Excellent service and a really charming place to stay.
Cons: The window in our bedroom didn’t open but there was a fan.
Pros: The rooms very nice, the food was fantastic and the service great, very attentive, always making sure eveeything was fine.
Cons: Nothing that I can think of.
Pros: Nice breakfast, the owner found time to pass by our table to ask us if we were enjoying ourselves. Nice personal feel to the place.
Cons: Rooms right next to the road so pretty noisy even though it is situated in the countryside. Next time we will request a room in the main building, not the annex.
Pros: excellent breakfast, laots of tables, very good choice of hot and cold items, good juice, tea and coffee selections. homemade jams very nice and bread options were great.
Cons: light entering bedroom in the morning! Thicker curtains or blinds required

Pros: Converted farm building out in the beautiful Skåne countryside. The decoration is a blend of old and modern - in fact it is rather Bohemian. The lady who runs this place is very friendly indeed and lays on a good breakfast.
Cons: The en suite bathroom was a little cramped and basic. Paying was problematic because the debit/credit card terminal didn't function with any of my cards and obviously needed replacing or at least new software. The owner generously gave me an invoice to pay later!
Pros: Country living style
Cons: Had to pay more because we cancelled the last night.

Pros: Great breakfast, couldn't fault it. The room was very comfortable, very good bathroom and shower. Staff spoke very good English and were very helpful. Lovely garden at the rear to relax in with a beer or glass of wine. The location is perfect, right in the middle of town with plenty of restaraunts to choose from.
Cons: There was nothing I didn't like. However, Wi-Fi could be faster if the local exchange can cope.

Pros: Breakfast was balanced and good...everything was fresh and produced in the area.
Cons: Beautiful hotel but the windows were dirty and the gardens not kept (lots of weeds growing and taking over the garden beds. Uneven driveway by the hotel, hard to walk or drive on. At breakfast, some things were served in very small portions (just a taste).
Pros: Amazing breakfast, many things available and it felt very cosy and home made. The hotell rooms are minimalistic in the interior and felt modern, it was clean and felt new. The location is amazing for a walk around the open fields or down to the water, and just a short car drive to the smaller locations for food or to the amazing beaches. They also made it possible to just sit around in the calm and look at the view around the hotel which was also really nice.
Cons: Glasswalls and glassdoors to the bathroom, no matter how in love you are you dont want to see or hear your partner in the bathroom at certain points.
Pros: Beautiful location and amazing breakfast.
Cons: The rooms are a bit dark and don’t really have a nice view.
Pros: Cool rooms. Gorgeous breakfast set up. View lovely.
Cons: Rooms looked over car park. Lounge room (a barn) had great view but not so nice to sit there. No dinner (but did make recommendations)

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff and a nice breakfast buffé. A nice calm location and close to reach Skåneleden. The rooms were clean and beds comfterble. I definitely recommend a stay!
Pros: The room was spotless clean, the staff was warm and welcome, and the breakfast was delicious. It was a a great experience!
Cons: Little bit noicy from other bathrooms
Pros: Friendly owner.
Cons: Shower down the hall.
Pros: Excellent staff, replied quickly and helped us checking out (we were forgetting our baby's cream and gave it to us and helped bringing the pram downstairs). Comfortable room. Good breakfast (they made their own bread) and facilities like having the dinning area. Good price.
Cons: Location as it's not far from town, but it's uphill and going with kids and bags was a bit hard.
Pros: Super friendly staff, very clean and fresh, and a great breakfast.

Our pet friendly rooms with balconies are much appreciated by those traveling with their dog. We also have rooms for disabled guests. Pros: Location is very good
Cons: Very old fashioned, cramped dark gloomy
Pros: The staff was super friendly and very service minded. I love the location by the water. They also had a really good hotel breakfast that was included. We had dinner at the hotels restaurant the first night and the food was delicious, a bit pricey but very tasty.
Cons: The property was a little outdated, but still had it’s charm in a way. First we got a room (for 3 persons) that didnt have a bathroom on the actual room. It was outside in the corridor and the shower in the other building downstairs in ”the Spa section”. We asked to change room and the staff that was very friendly, showed us the other rooms that were available with all the comforts. We got it but had to pay about 2000 SEK extra. The room and the bathroom had quite an old standard for the price but ok. Not so many electric outlets on the room other than that ok.
Pros: A great hotel to stay with a dog. We had a room with a terrace that our dog loved to stay on. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, our dog even received veggie welcome treats.
Pros: The Staff was really nice and the hotel is cozy in an old fashion way.
Pros: Really not worth the price! The 3 bedroom wasn ok but we the shared showers were absolutely not ok, far away the room, had to cross outside to go there, was in the underground floor, dirty and in a a scary corridor that kids were afraid of. Toilet and sink were shared with 9 other guests. Not cleaned regularly enough. Definitely not ok not to have access to a separate sink to be able to wash your face, brush your teeth or get some water. Absolutely not ok for the price. Unfortunately most of personnel was ignoring complaints, which just made it worth. Definitely not worth it and not to recommend, at all. Furthermore the hotel markets itself as a Best Western hotel, which it is NOT, and it feels like we have been fooled as guests .

Pros: The breakfast was delicious. Coffee making facilities were available for the guests all the time. There were also scrumptious shortcake biscuits to have with the coffee. The bed was very comfortable.

Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, multilingual staff, and luggage storage. Planning an event in Simrishamn? Pros: Note: we had booked the b&b but were offered a free upgrade to their hotel. And we somewhat regret that we’ve agreed to this. At Kockska garden hotel the breakfast was very nice, staff very helpful and bathroom nice/modern.
Cons: The bed was a bit odd since it was boxspring beds without the mattress .. so just the ‘box’ and a topper mattress? Very strange concept leading to a slightly uncomfortable nights’s rest (at kockska garden hotel - the free upgrade)
Pros: Nice and comfortable room. Great breakfast.
Pros: Central location Clean apartment All you might need for a short weekend is there
Cons: Bathroom was a bit old fashioned, but clean though Apartment was located on 1 st floor with quite steep and narrow stairs; i would not recommend it to families with small children or persons with physical disabilities
Pros: Both breakfast and location were very good.
Cons: It was all good
Cons: a door on a toilet jammed shut while a user was inside
Pros: The location is perfect. The breakfast was ok.
Cons: The coffee was not hot, there was no sweetener (sugar substitute). The glasses and the cutlery were not clean.
