Pros (+) Clean facility, friendly staff.
Cons (-) Heater smelled, very little parking available due to oversized trucks taking multiple spaces. Location is convenient for highway traffic, but not for the city centre or university.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guest reviews of the hotel are mixed, with several guests appreciating the convenient location and the quality of breakfast offered. However, there are recurring complaints about cleanliness, including dirty rooms and bathrooms, and issues with bed comfort. Service was also noted as lacking by some guests, with poor communication and staff overwhelmed at times. While some found the rooms spacious and the amenities like the pool enjoyable, noise and maintenance issues, such as faulty air conditioning and thin walls, detracted from the experience. Overall, the hotel has strengths in location and breakfast, but improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and comfort.AI-generated from customer reviews
