Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location, with several mentioning proximity to the city center, beach, or public transport. Some guests found the staff friendly and helpful, and a few noted that rooms were clean and beds comfortable. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues: poor service, lack of staff availability, and negative experiences with management. Cleanliness was inconsistent, with multiple complaints about dirty rooms and facilities. Bed comfort was often criticized, with hard or uncomfortable mattresses and pillows. Noise disturbances, especially from events or thin walls, disrupted stays for several guests. Overall, while the location and some staff interactions were positive, guests were largely dissatisfied with service, cleanliness, and comfort.
