The window in our bedroom fell in on top of one of our beds and we got no satisfaction what's so ever from the staff. An absolute nightmare of a hotel.

I'm not sure. Between the excellent English Breakfast, the clean and cozy room, or the very friendly staff.
The hotel's description could include a hint that there is a bus station (120) right outside, and also the name of the station

The rooms was of good size, newly decorated to average standard.
The hotel was quite noisy, the walls are paper thin with no sound proofing. I think I heard someone roll over and pass wind! We stopped on a Fri night so did expect some noise given its proximity to Broad Street but the cleaner began hoovering the communal reception room at 7AM - not impressed!!

Very good location for city centre. Good parking and public transport to city centre excellent
It has a very tired appearance in the entrance foyer and stairways. Although it was clean and tidy. Our room was above a noisy bar, and near a function room. We had two poor nights sleep.
