Clean, quiet, comfortable beds. Great place to stay overnight while on a long drive. Better value than other hotels we called that were >$100.
I don't know if it was just missed or if they don't provide it...? No soap or shampoo in the room. I thought that was strange. The room was also really hot when we checked in. It cooled down over time but was really really uncomfortable when we first walked in.

The hotel was very nice, so was the front desk clerk. Very easy to find off of highway.
The first room we were given after we checked wasn't clean....but the front desk took care of it and everything was fine.

Deep V Beds
The location is good for Hoover.
Deep V's are good for shirts, not for beds. I felt like I was funneled into the middle of an old mattress for no reason. How about a mattress that wasn't around when Sugar Ray was relevant?

The room was nicely decorated and spacious. I liked the waves sound on the TV, but ended up not using it to sleep b/c it gave off too much light.
I don't think the room was cleaned well - crumbs on carpet, dirty washrag in bathroom. makes me wonder if everything else was truly clean. BIG DEAL - no microwave or fridge in room b/c it had two double beds. I didn't ask for 2 double beds & wouldn't have had I known it didn't give me the fridge - I had to use the one in the receptionist office for something that needed to stay cold. I also couldn't microwave my dinner I brought to the room, so ate it lukewarm. The room was plenty large enough for a fridge and microwave. Office staff seemed harried - not unfriendly, but not friendly either. Seemed understaffed. Parking near a door was difficult too. Pool water was a bit murky and green, so didn't swim as had planned. Could not turn A/C below 65.

Very comfortable bed. Lobby was very inviting and had a modern feel. Breakfast was good and replenished quickly.
Our room (especially the bathroom) had a very bad odor. There was dog food left on the floor. We had a waterbug in our room. Doors in the rooms did not lock. Not enough towels in the room.
