This particular hotel doesn't have good air conditioning in the rooms, so ask for a fan. The do have central air but even at the highest fan setting not much comes out. Besides that, NH hotels have been an excellent choice, consistently great in service, breakfast, and cleanliness. This one is well located in a quieter neighborhood yet just a 10+ minute walk from the big museums and downtown.
