Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests were impressed with the palace's beautiful architecture, spacious rooms, and the overall regal atmosphere. The staff and service received frequent praise for being accommodating and friendly. However, several guests expressed dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of rooms and bathrooms, as well as the quality and value of breakfast. Some also noted maintenance issues and noise disturbances. Overall, the heritage ambiance and attentive service stood out as highlights, but improvements in cleanliness and breakfast are needed.
