Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and the beach. Many reviewers highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, particularly at check-in and throughout their stay. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue, with several guests noting dirty carpets, outdated interiors, and rooms that did not meet their expectations for a three-star property. Some also mentioned the lack of an elevator and the need for renovations, but overall, the positive aspects of location and service stood out.
