Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's prime location and found it convenient for travel. However, there were several complaints about cleanliness, including soiled linens and unpleasant odors. Service received mixed feedback, with some staff members described as courteous and helpful, while others were criticized for poor behavior or lack of professionalism. Many guests felt the hotel did not offer good value for the price, citing old furnishings, small or unsatisfactory rooms, and issues with amenities. Overall, while the location is a highlight, improvements are needed in cleanliness, value, and some aspects of service.
