Pros: Very nice building!
Cons: Very bad reception by the hostess.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The converted winery has been tastefully done to provide comfortable spaces where able to relax but also to feel at home. Villeneuve-lès-Béziers is a nice small village in France. The hosts were fantastic and nothing was an issue. Breakfasts were all homemade produce, loved the fresh orange juice and fantastic jams, and plenty choice. Well worth a visit.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: This is a delightful place. The rooms are well laid out, our host was extremely helpful. The food is to be experienced. Others have mentioned the amazing breakfast, but you can also arrange dinner and if there is anything you particularly would like, they try to oblige but they ask for prior notice ( I would suggest 36 hours in advance) so that they can try to accommodate your wishes.
Cons: We wished we could have stayed longer
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The house converted from winemaking facility.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The old country house, the large room and bathroom was like being at your grandma’ when you were a kid. Gorgeous homemade French breakfast
7,1 Good
Pros: Very quirky interesting building being situated in an old winery. The parents of the owner looking after the hotel were very nice. Comfortable beds.
Cons: The main reason for visiting was to use the restaurant but it was closed due to the chef owner being on holiday.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Interesting and unusual building with stylish decor. Evening meal of very high quality. Friendly owner.
Cons: On-site parking very limited. Breakfast heavy on pastries - availability of yoghurt and fruit would improve it.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Arriving on a cold, wet January night, straight from the airport, the host gave us a warm welcome and it was lovely to sit round a roaring wood burner with a complimentary apero, chatting to other guests. The dinner, prepared by the host's husband, is not too be missed, with excellent, home cooked, regional food. It was the highlight of our brief stay. The breakfast, too, was mainly home made (freshly squeezed orange juice, brioche, excellent jams and pain au raisin) though I would have been glad to have the option of a less carbohydrate-heavy breakfast. The room was comfortable, in a quirky way, and the decor of the whole place is unusual (it is situated in a converted wine Chai, somewhat industrial in style)
Cons: There were no real problems, though the concrete floors throughout were a little chilly on a cold January night. It would have been lovely in summer!
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The service and breakfast was excellent. The food and confiture were all home made and delicious. Thank you to the owners for your generous hospitality.
Cons: If you want to eat in the evening you should contact the hotel prior to arrival. There was nowhere on booking.com telling us this that we can find.

Pros: Lovely bed and everything in clean, good order. Better than a four star I stayed in a week before. Best aspect is staff, cleaners, front of house couldn't have been more hospitable and friendly. Excellent standard of cleanliness. Front of house spoke English which was extremely nice and went above and beyond to assist me to arrange my dinner. It is appreciated! Great value and location of you want a quick stop over and an easy trip to the airport e.g if you have young children.
Cons: If I had to be picky one bedside lamp not working but plenty of lamps so was not an issue.
3,8 Mediocre

9,2 Excellent
Pros: Clean place and friendly staff - perfectly good for a stopover on our travels.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The staff were absolutely lovely and nothing was too much effort...they did everything to help make my stay a real pleasure, from carrying my luggage to my room, printing emails for me free of charge and generally helping me with route information and local knowledge. I booked this accommodation when I arrived in Bezier alone and late in the evening to find that the place I had booked was closed! I was given a quiet room as requested, which was comfortable and perfectly adequate. The staff at this hotel made my stay an absolute pleasure and I can't thank them enough.A+++
Cons: The hotel is admittedly pretty tired and in need of a facelift, but it was still clean and well presented.

8,8 Excellent
Pros: breakfast was good and nice to have an egg. It was over 40 degrees air con was great . We could not do exploring as planned too hot so we went home a day early. They were more than fair and obliging with the bill . Staff so nice and helpful
Cons: Parking but not their fault .
6,7 Good
Pros: It's location was central to most bars, resturants and close to both the railway and bus stations. Staff in the hotel were pleasant and helpful. The hotel had secure overnight bike storage facilities in the attached garage.
Cons: Certain parts of the hotel looked tired and dated. The toilet in our room was far too small and with the sliding door closed very claustrophobic.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The team at the hotel are very friendly and helpful, ensuring you make the most of your stay in Beziers. The rooms are a good size, are kept very clean and have all you need for your stay. The breakfast is good too, offering local cheeses and hams - which are good to try if you have not done so before. The hotel is in a very central location which makes it great for sightseeing, and as both the rail station and bus station are nearby, can be easily reached on foot. There is also a terrace where you can relax and wind down when in the hotel, which is very welcome.
Cons: As I think another review has mentioned, the location of the toilet does seem a bit unusual! As an additional observation, although not an issue for me, the shower cabinet in the room I used was quite small so may be awkward for some larger people to manage. The shower however, was good.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great find close to centre, friendly and helpful staff would definitely recommend this hotel.
10,0 Excellent

Cons: Water pressure very poor. Breakfast at €11 pp was poor value for money
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location centre town
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I loved the old building and the history from WW2.....the German Kommandant had been housed in the hotel! Our room was huge with a shuttered balcony overlooking the avenue. All beautifully clean. There is parking at the rear that can be accessed through a large gate at the front of the hotel. We flew in and just used public transport which was great. The lady at reception was excellent - very welcoming and she readily answered all of my touristy questions.... in English too.. which was very helpful! The location is fabulous.... looking out onto a tree lined avenue which looks like Las Ramblas in Barcelona but without all the crowds, hassle and pickpockets of Barcelona. The avenue is cleaned every morning. There's a newer square just around the corner with a spectacle of music and lit fountains every night at 10pm in summer. The bus station is only a 5 min walk away - we travelled to Valras Plage for 1 euro and to Bezier airport for 1.6 euros each.... amazingly cheap! The bus station is an open drive through station for buses with a police station alongside and is once again spotless! We didn't find a bus office but asked the drivers who were very helpful. The Bezier airport bus stop is slightly set back near a big tree with the yellow timetable up at the stop. The buses operate to directly service the few flights in and out of Bezier. Enjoy your holiday!
Cons: I loved it all!
7,5 Good
Pros: Hotel location was on a big square and an easy walk from the main sights. Air con was much appreciated. We enjoyed breakfast although we hadn't booked it. It was mainly continental but you could make your own boiled eggs and we enjoyed sitting out in the hotel courtyard with our coffee afterwards.
Cons: Would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facility in the room. Bathroom was fine but separate toilet was in a tiny cupboard...a bit claustrophobic. It was still daylight when we arrived but very dark when we walked into our room...shutters and curtains closed to keep out the heat I guess.

Cons: Perfect location. Concierge wonderful, facilities good. Good place to be to see a wonderful town, full of history and modern activity Made to feel very "at home"
7,5 Good
Pros: The owner is veryhelpfull, hotel very central location, 10 min walk from trainstation and busses
Cons: Bezier is a small city with not so many interesting things to see and its strange why hotels are so expensive compared to other frenvh cities
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The location was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It exceeded my expectations considering it is so cheap, so I would say it’s a great value for money.
Cons: The shower was a bit temperamental, but not a major issue.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was generous continental like with croissant, bred, jam, fresh fruits, ham,...tea coffee Depending on your taste the landlord adjust the ingredients accordingly
Cons: Warm feeling, cosy, the hotel is getting improved days after days since new owners are on board only since Jan 2019..it become the vintage hotel boutique of the center. It has obviously a large room for improvement starting from individual WC. No doubt they ll make this place outstanding within a short period of time.
10,0 Excellent

5,4 Okay
Pros: Secure car park but not free
Cons: Signage very bad, not good area of town, extremely basic, no water or milk provided, small double bed.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the layout of the kitchen, everything in it for the small space.
Cons: Bedroom a bit small, but were well able to manage.
4,6 Okay
Pros: This place had the worst pillows ever. They were small and lumpy and we only one each. There was 3 of us staying in a family room and we all had a terrible night's sleep due to the bad pillows and the noise outside, We had no tea, coffee or water in the room and all in all it was an awful hotel. Beziers was nice but the hotel awful.
Cons: Beds and pillows were awful
8,8 Excellent
Pros: We stayed for three nights and enjoyed. The hotel was clean, light, quite and there was almost all we needed. Receptions were nice and respectful.
Cons: Every thing was good. Just two points: First there was not enough secure parking and we should used street parking which was free but finding a place was a little challenging! Second the sofa bed was not comfortable.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: It was great it was so big
Cons: Balcony looked over but not a problem really as we were there only one night
7,5 Good
Pros: Very close to the places we wanted to be for this trip. Balcony, somehow they fitted a "kitchen".
Cons: First towel change was on the 5th day, and I had to manage with a single towel during this time, quite bad from my point of view. Also no spare toilet paper either, you have to go downstairs to reception for more which was of-putting. Small room, barely have a place to put a chair.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Big and comfortable rooms and hotel, clean
Cons: Communication with staff a bit limited, they do not reply to emails, so finally we could not book the parking which was a big problem for us. Finally we had to park near train station to have it secured (quite far).
7,5 Good
Cons: No soap in the bathroom. No coffee or tea.
7,1 Good
Pros: Centrally located with parking on site that they charge for normally.
Cons: I did book an economy room that with super dirty carpets. They thought it was normal I had mailed them for early check in they never replied to the mail When I got there and ask to get in the room early I was told that check-in time is at 1400 or 1500 and I could not check in After having quite a conversation with the receptionist it turns out that if you pay €5 per hour for early check in they do let you have the room. The photos are shown are from the first room they offered me but after I said I am not staying in that room they offered me an upgrade.
7,5 Good
Pros: Comfortable, clean, good small kitchen area. Very nice clean bathroom, good shower. Staff welcoming and friendly.
Cons: Good kitchen, but lacking in enough glasses/ cutlery etc. A large stain/ worn carpet by the bed. Good wardrobe, but doors very flimsy. Managed to open them after a bit of shaking!

Pros: Not applicable
Cons: I really can't explain the 3 stars and high price. This hotel is nothing more than a formule 1 hotel (very chip for a short stay) by the side of a motorway. The "swimming pool" is no more than 20 meters away from the motorway...

8,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was very comprehensive. Room was very clean and comfortable. Restaurant was very good and good value, with attentive waiting staff. Location was very secure, despite being on a commercial estate.
Cons: WiFi didn’t seem to work at all, although it was listed. Welcome and check out were functional, and efficient, but not very warm, and one had to ask for information, rather than be offered it.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Easy to reach from autoroute, easy check-in and plenty of parking.
Cons: Nothing really. Restaurant wasn’t open as it was Sunday (which we were actually told about in advance), which meant we had a good 20 minute walk to get a meal. Not really a problem but may have been different if raining.
7,5 Good
Pros: Just another hotel you have forgotten as soon as you leave. Breakfast was fine, the dinner in the restaurant was good although the menu and the staff is in French only with no knowledge of English. The room was small and tired.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel for a stopover as just off the motorway, restaurant onsite with fabulous food - both dinner and breakfast - and having a pool is nice bonus. The rooms are comfortable, large comfy beds, air conditioning, good pillows etc. Staff were excellent. This is our third visit now and it's always such a lovely experience!
Cons: Decor outside of the initial public areas is a bit tired and dated.

Make the most of our generous buffet breakfast to sample local jams, pastries and cheeses for a gastronomic start to your day.
2,5 Mediocre
Pros: Didn't want to have breakfast there
Cons: The room shouldn't be advertised as four star. It was too small and the bathroom was not appealing to use. The shower floor was sticky and full of (badly cleaned) mold stains. The Carpet in the hallway and in the room were full of stains. I asked for another room but the receptionist claimed this was how it comes. Wouldn't want to go there ever again. My advice is not to go there. The hotel should be listed as two stars and priced around 45-50 euro a night.
6,3 Good
Pros: Very friendly front desk and very helpful. Comfortable beds. Room had all facilities eg tea and coffee tray. Reasonably sized bathroom, nice fluffy towels changed each day. Private garage very welcome. Good location of hotel - stroll Into town for restaurants etc.
Cons: The bedroom was very small : lovely big bed but nowhere to store luggage. Minimal hanging space. Suitable facilities for one occupant but not really two. Breakfast a bit chaotic. Reasonable choice but serving area crowded. Limited choice. Crockery and cutlery often in short supply.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Typical Mercure Hotel, nothing to like or dislike apart from the room size
Cons: Very small room indeed. Not even enough space to put your suitcases down, this aspect alone would prohibit me from returning

Pros: location was good
6,7 Good
Pros: Breakfast was good choice. Parking good but low ceiling height. Good central location with easy access to the centre of town.
Cons: Rooms were tired with claustrophobic decor. Needs a revamp. Rooms are on the small side to put it mildly. Toilet door squeaked much to the annoyance of my wide. Carpets were grubby in the room.

Pros: I think I don’t like anything about my stay, starting from checking in to the check out. On the arrival the the guy at the reception desk was not able to find my reservation , he didn’t speak any English so we tried very hard to get things going, at the end he assigned us 2 rooms, but one room was missing an extra bed ( triple room ) so my family of 6 ended up sleeping on 2 double beds. I think the quality of this hotel is close to the motel in the US, so just be aware of it and it is not that good as it pictured, has a beaten walls here and there. Bedding was clean. Will not planing to come back there again.
Cons: My reservation was lost, didn’t get the correct room.

Cons: The rooms were dirty, old and most probably the cleaning lady or man has been smoking in the room instead of cleaning. Awfull experience and wil never ever use campanille again horrible!!!! All who might read this do your self a big favor and NEVER click on campanille
5,4 Okay
Pros: Location close to motorway and on site restaurant.
Cons: Rooms are tired. No towels left in the room. Little things such as quality of produce for breakfast was poor, cereals left in glass jars and go soft due to exposer to air. No milk left out for cereals, poor selection of bread. This is a Campanile trait if you attend within the last hour of breakfast being served. If you want more choice and fresher cereal (as the jar has been topped up), then get there when it opens at 6.30 am.

Cons: We requested baby bed And when we arrived in the middle of the night we still had to ask again for it. And it didn’t had all the parts so our baby in the end still had to sleep in our bed.

Pros: Usual good quality from this chain. Good location and secure parking
Cons: The air con was not working in room 006. Only heat and the rooms need ventilation.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: It was a little difficult to find, especially as this was the first time we have driven in Beziers. Food was ok, nothing special, but given the prices, that was expected. Now, my pet hate... frites/chips should NEVER be served in a tiny bucket. But that would not put us off staying here again.
Cons: See above.

Pros: Basic accommodation but for the price we paid exactly what we expected.
Cons: Apart from the lighting which was not very bright nothing. The beds were comfortable and the shower adequate. The meal at the hotel across the road was nothing special but sitting in their garden with a pre-dinner drink very pleasant
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Close to the motorway
Cons: Car park very small
7,1 Good
Pros: The price it is ok for overnight stay but not for any longer
Cons: Room very small and bathroom tiny the shower area was really small difficult to shower in comfort there was also a lot of noise from traffic and also dogs howling and barking
7,9 Good
Pros: Perfect stop for travellers, near the highway, cheap, clean, and with private (essential and small, but ok) bathroom. I travelled with my dogs and had to pay a little fee (cannot remember exactly, it's less than 5€). Surely a good option for low budget travellers.
6,7 Good
Pros: Fair price, good value for the money. Nice terrace and parking.
Cons: Very small rooms, much smaller than you think. Poor breakfast.
7,1 Good
Pros: Easy location convenient for picking up autoroute. Small outdoor terrace.
Cons: Rooms need sound proofing
7,1 Good
Pros: ?
Cons: A bit isolated although ok for 1 night
7,9 Good
Pros: It's a great location for those who are driving to nearby places like Carcassone and Agde. Being just at the highway makes it really convenient for budget travelers. Flexibility of check-in and check-out timings is a bonus. Several nearby restaurants is a plus. A good breakfast option. Free and secure parking is an absolute advantage.
Cons: Washrooms are bit small, but for a short trip it's ok.

Cons: Location not close to choice of restaurants

6,3 Good
Pros: Very kind receptionists, good location, close to the city center.
Cons: We didnt like the painting..it was very very old,so not so clean, very small space for the toilet, impossible to sit there. Very very hot in the hotel, at the corridors 40C, at the room as well hot. There is not any parking!! You can park on the street, but it is paid. Fridge would be perfect there, but actually there wasnt.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Welcome was great and room lovely with air conditioning.
7,9 Good
Pros: We did not stay in hotel France but the other hotel in same company (named Hotel Concorde).
5,8 Okay
Pros: Staff was friendly. Good garage
Cons: Very Noisy. Big hole in the bathroom under the radiator
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Close to the centre
Cons: The parking
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Right on the edge of the main area of bars and restaurants and near the historic centre. Two minutes walk from the bus station.
Cons: The beds in our twin room were rather narrow. There was a guy with a dog a couple of rooms away who went out at 0630 and left the dog (he came back much later). The dog was continuously barking and howling and the staff wouldn't do anything about it although they said they had his phone number.
7,1 Good
Pros: Location was great although you had to walk around the corner to a different hotel to find someone to check you in. Hotel dated, but clean and functional. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
6,3 Good
Pros: Location was great.
Cons: Very VERY basic.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Gréât location, good value, had all basic needs!
Cons: Lost my car! But that was my fault
8,3 Excellent
Pros: I did not have breakfast. I like the staff who were super helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom modern and good. My room was large and light. Lock up parking I think is necessary in this town.
Cons: The overall decor is not exciting, and the whole area is rather shabby. Grotty even. In fact on arrival I was rather horrified, the lovely staff really made up for this. My room was also a bit dated in feel, though not the bathroom. There was a woman talking on the phone in the corridor at one point and that was really noisy. The internet was not brilliant, but I found that all over France.

Pros: Great location. Clean room, well presented hotel. Staff is great and very helpful. However no air- con in room which would be hard in really hot day (I was there end of May) the room got a bit stuffy and I opened the windows, and it’s was fine. However my room was on the side street and was quieter. Not sure about the front rooms with balconies as council trucks comes around with cleaning sweeping streets. The TV was of poor picture quality but it works ok... bathroom clean (no mould as I have often seen in hotels)towels, soap, shampoos, toothbrush &toothpadte (no hairdryer, shower cap -bring your own!) haven’t had breakfast there but saw dining and looks very clean, tidy (French breakfast ) and they’re generous with food supply. BE AWARE between 3 (approx) and 5pm you can NOT check in . Check in is at 5. Hotel front door is closed , no one there! So you can not drop off your luggage if needed. Guests already there are given key with code of front door to go in & out. So get there well before 3 to at least, if you want to leave your luggage there or you’ll have to carry it around !(I was told that cleaning of the rooms around 30, is done between 2 & 5pm that’s why you can’t check in . Luckily I only had a pack pack and bag. Overall I would stay there again, the location is so central to everything (I know Béziers really well as I lived there when I was young) . You won’t get better location than this , and the price is very good compare to others around that sometimes are really far! ▪️ On the Allées Paul Riquet (which 1-2 minutes walk across the road, there’s markets every day, food, antiques, etc... except Friday it’s The flowers market. ▪️15 walk (ave Wilson) you have a huge shopping centre Le Polygone. It’s huge and has really nice shops, cafe, supermarket. It is also 5 minutes walk from Beziers station. ▪️Its5 minutes walk from beautiful department store Les Galleries Lafayette, (Allees Paul Riquet). Next to Casino Supermarket for your...

Pros: On arrival was put into a poor room, but moved location on the same floor with two rooms. A wonderful modern room with a wonderful view. Staff were very helpful and were treated to some biscuits for the inconvenience, very thoughtful.
Cons: The wifi was a bit hit and miss. Would have liked one English news channel on the tv.
5,0 Okay
Pros: The pictures are deceiving. The stairs are ridiculous. The bathrooms setup is idiotic. This place does not deserve even one star. However, staff deserve 10 stars. I would not recommend this place. I know I will never stay here again.
Cons: The stairs are death defying and absolutely ludicrous. The bathrooms are completely imbecilic.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location was excellent , overlooking a park that connects to a main road, but super quiet at night.

Pros: good wifi
Cons: We had to wait 2 hours 15 mins for someone to arrive to let us into the hotel and they only came because we made an international call to booking.com help line. On entering our room there was lots of noise from the street outside and neighbors. The toilet seat was not attached, no soap, tin foil over the smoke alarm (dangerous?!?), TV- no signal, dirty shower mat, rotten door frame, missing cupboard handles, broken light bulbs, blocked sink with hair etc. At 3:30am this morning I was woken by people partying in the hotel
