Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's central location and good public transport connections, as well as occasional positive interactions with staff and some clean rooms. However, many reviews highlighted issues with the automated check-in process, lack of available staff or reception, and problems with cleanliness in certain areas. Room size was often mentioned as being small, and the breakfast received mixed feedback. Overall, while the location is a strong point, service and cleanliness were inconsistent.
