I usually stay in this hotel for some years ago. I noticed this time that there’s a slow and short in the service specially in the bar and in the lobby it took me around 45 minutes just to take my order. I think they have short of staff this year.

Elegant lobby and very comfortable rooms. Staff are helpful and nice, Decent gym and having a pool is a nice plus. Location is near several museums and a relatively short walk to the subway. Only downside is there are no restaurants, stores, or nightlife in the immediate area.
