The location is not perfect but still can be reached well by city transport.
Just 1 day stay there. While check-in the women on reception forced me to pay her 2 euros beforehand as a tip (Trinkgeld) for room lady preparing me a room after a previous guest. The room was already paid by me in advance including all service charges as a room cleaning. Paying tips should be a guest’s decision after staying in the room and not rudely asked beforehand. The building, doors and rooms are old but clean.

Nice breakfast, the room was clean and spacious, 10 minutes from the S-Bahn, in the area there were lots of restaurants and a supermarket was really close. There were also Asian supermarkets in the area.
The owner wasn't nice at all. She also poorly speaks English, so you need to know German to talk with her.
