Pros (+) the room was kind of dirty, sheets, carpet and walls, not well maintained. Great location, great stuff, the lady that took care of us was nice and knew all about how to get around the city. gave us some suggestions for real German food restaurants.
Cons (-) a cleaner room.

Pros (+) Basic room near the U bahn and a walk into town. Good location for me. Staff are very friendly and helpful
Cons (-) Place needs updating a bit and the floor should be vacuumed.
