Not a safe place for familes with kids.
This is an extended stay property that also serves as a kind of half-way house for people on probation or parole. Cars was in and out of the lot ALL night, not like most motels that mostly settle down after certain hours. People hung around outside LOUDLY also all night long. Police was in and out several times. Pillows was completely flat and lifeless. Elevators (on a 4 story motel) was not working. Staff had a "eh, we don't care anymore" attitude. Had to change rooms once because AC and ATV didn't work in first room and a second time because TV didn't work in second room. Security doors did not work. Staff did not even know that odd numbered room was on one side and even on the other (like most motels of this style) and told us to park on the wrong side. VERY bright LED light of some kind right above bed (smoke detector maybe) flashes so bright every few seconds you can see it even with eyes closed. Some kind of strange loud buzz in the wall would go off every 25 seconds. People who looked like they was high on drugs (and/or selling them) hung around the property all night. This was NOT a safe place for a family and I was glad I travel armed (and kept it on the nightstand).

To Many Long term low income families
The room was pretty clean
The bed was one of the cheapest things I ever slept on, the people staying there made it feel some what stechy, and A/C didn't want to work.

A noisy clientele
Though the room was not really a suite (no larger than your average hotel room), it DID have a kitchenette. That would've been nice if I'd needed it. It was also reasonably clean and tidy.
Maybe it's a consequence of being an extended-stay facility, but the other guests were rather noisy. The person(s) above me kept tromping around and slamming things 'til well after 11:00 PM; and others around me were loud too. Granted, it was a Saturday night, but I needed to get up at 4:30 AM the following morning. The hallway smelled a bit odd-- sorta like burnt beef bouillon-- though the room itself had no olfactory weirdness.
