Pros: Extra friendly helpful staff Your wish is their command. Our check in was superb...told to sit and relax and enjoy a complimentary drink whilst the paperwork was done and our cases were taken to our room! My hairdryer did not work ...reported this to reception and there was a new one in our room within ten minutes! Breakfasts were amazing with a great choice of different breakfasts offered...all swilled down with bubbly! Can't recommend enough....can't wait to go back!

Pros: Location, cleanliness of the room, friendly staff, communal areas clean and tidy, different themed food every evening was nice. Even with all going on, the staff were calm n friendly and adapted to the rules set by the government and kept guests as happy as possible.
Cons: Nothing to do with the hotel, we had to be evacuated due to the Coronavirus situation and spain was going into lockdown. So, didnt like that we had to leave this lovely hotel so early into our holiday.

Cons: The cleanliness of the bathroom was the only thing that let this hotel down.The cleaner missed cleaning round the edge of the shower base, a few times as there was a build up of brown dirt. Also the Crome under the double sink, finger marks along it.If the cleaner would to take a minute to sit on the loo you would see these two things.

Cons: Would have liked a bath tub as requested. Hot food at breakfast was only slightly warm. At the evening meal, any special food would not be available unless you queued to be first in dining room. We were there for Christmas Day and unless you agreed to have lunch instead of dinner that day, there was nothing special. At lunch they had fancy things including goody bags etc, but just the same old menu if you had dinner and no real Christmas atmosphere.

Cons: Not the hotels fault, but there is major construction at the front of the hotel and all around the area. The outside pool area was tiny. The hotel car park is E15 per night - bit cheeky outside of June - September busy times. There is other free road parking a little walk away.

Cons: The roof top outside pool & spa was closed , which we didn’t realise when we booked our stay . Unfortunately Hotel had a large group of very loud and disrespectful guest arrive half way through our stay disturbing two nights sleep . Hotel staff were trying there best to keep them in order even booking a security company to keep them under control ! Such a shame such a lovely hotel with great staff , but this awful people effected ours and a lot of other guests stay .

Cons: Have been here before, nice when you travel early. But now it was noisy,builders woorking. The poolarea close. Dinner wasnt good. Breakfast bag not good at all.

Cons: Location was a bit too far out of the town so had to rely on cabs back and forth at 7/8 euro a time. Views are really good from room but located next to fire station so sirens did wake us up a couple of times. The toilets in reception were blocked and not very nice

Cons: Food , bar closing time, As it accept British visitors try and cater for them, I paid extra over new year and it was a disaster there was no special treatment in resturant it was like a stampede to try getting your food , The entertainment was strictly for the spanish clients, In every Spanish hotel I've been in they also held a count down for the start of the British new year as well as the spanish , After the spanish celebrate we felt that we should go as staff had started to clean up round us most hotels kept the bar open untill 4am its normaly a free bar for new year gala night , Considering this was the hotels first new year since being refurbished very little effort was made , .It's mostly the British customers buying drink the spanish sit with a bottle of water or , wine the bring from resturant . The Bristol park was very popular with the British more needs to be done to keep them comeing back to the new Bristol Hotel , I wish them well but unfortunately I don't think we will be back.

Cons: The only down side to this hotel is it did not have a tall mirror in the room and you had to run out to the lift to have a look at what you was wearing to see if you looked ok ,I think this needs to be addressed. The food was warm but not hot, There is a kettle and iron on request which they did bring up within the hr ,the staff are lovely bar this one lady with short blond hair she is down right rude font think sending her on a care quality course would go a miss as she sure needs it . as i was helping the older jents who was with sagar to get there meals due to they could not use there frames and get there meals them selves and as I'm a Nurse back in the uk I now how difficult it can be for the older person, the looks she gave them was somthing else, all the othere staff was wonderful bar this one . This hotel could be a gem if they sorted thease few things out . Plus dont think it would go a miss if the artists in the evening sang in English as well as Spanish. But we will be returning back later in the year as this hotel is a gem and is in a perfect location for the old town and the Newtown is not to far away eather.

Cons: Food as ok, some items cold. No tea/coffee making equipment in rooms. Area were our bed was very cramped and also the position of the toilet also small. Would be no good for larger guest or guest with limited movement. They charge to call room to room so be careful if you staying with family/friends and need to make arrangements.

Cons: Upon booking I booked Utra only to find there was no Ultra in the winter season when I checked in. To find the pool was not heated and needed some attention as the paint was flaking off and had black marks on the sides. The bathroom was tired had painted bath and painted tiles of which the paint was peeling off. The dark blue walls in the entertainment lounge I found quite depressing the same in the bar and the English bar down stairs was not at all inviting. Too high ceiling and the sound system was not good. Entertainment in both bars was very repetitive.
