Location was good, within walking distance of beach, bars and restaurants. Lovely and clean
The pool is in the shade a lot, because of the high buildings around.

It’s in a fairly central location
For a 4* it’s very basic, once you have used the days tea and coffee up you have to buy the replacements , simple things like a shower cap aren’t in the room and when I asked at reception, they said that they don’t supply them, they charge you for the keysafe which quite often is just part of the total cost these days .Basically it’s a clean hotel , but I would say more a 2 to 3 star definitely not 4 .

Location to the old town was perfect away from the boisterous new town .

The room cleanliness and tidiness and the hotel restaurant employees "Merche" and "Wenderson" due to their sympathy, kindness, attention to details, professionalism and respect for their guests. Both made the entire stay a lot better making our meals (family of 4) the best time of our entire stay. Our many thanks to both of them.
Many other hotels and some only with three stars, offer their guests instant coffee & tea during the entire stay. This one offered only two of coffee and 4 of tea for a two people room and during the entire stay (10 days). I believe this 4☆ Hotel is capable of offering a lot more.
