Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews for this hotel are mixed. Many guests praised the central location and found the breakfast to be varied and enjoyable. However, there were frequent complaints about the service, with several guests describing staff as unresponsive or unhelpful. Cleanliness was also a concern for some, with reports of dirty rooms and old linens. Room size was another issue, as multiple guests found the rooms to be smaller than expected or not up to the advertised standard. Despite these negatives, some guests appreciated the professionalism of certain staff members and the overall atmosphere for families.
