Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and generally positive service, with several staff members described as helpful, courteous, and responsive. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with cleanliness, particularly in bathrooms and bathtubs, as well as inconsistent room quality and comfort. Some guests experienced problems with amenities such as WiFi, air conditioning, and extra charges. While a few guests enjoyed their stay and appreciated the hospitality, the negative feedback regarding hygiene and room conditions is a recurring concern.
