Pros: They were trying to improve on what they have with a fairly extensive remodel.

Cons: The first they gave me had a distinctive smell... I couldn't identify it; but they kindly gave me another room. The second room also had a strong soap smell but it was nicer.

Pros: Clean, comfortable, good value. Staff was friendly, appreciate wifi & in room coffee

Pros: This is a great value.

Pros: Big rooms. Good value.

Cons: Rooms are a bit outdated - decor is old fashion. New carpeting would make the rooms seem cleaner.

Pros: Rooms were nice and up-to-date. Couch, bed, and furnishings were stylish and high-quality as was the decor in the bathroom.

Pros: Friendly front desk staff

Cons: Wifi was not reliable. Rooms were clean but basic.

Pros: Older property, but clean and very well maintained. Mid-sized flat screen TV, adequate wifi, and in-room coffee were nice.

Cons: Rooms were oddly shaped and varied in size.

Pros: For the price especially, this was the nicest and cleanest room I have ever been in. I will definitely be coming back. Hot water, clean rooms, comfortable bed, a little low on the water pressure when lots of people are showering but not too bad it's a great place to stay for 1-2 people.

Cons: Only down side if you can call it that is the managers check in room is one of the rooms there and the desk if you can call it that is beside the bed..

Pros: The room was very small but I was a lone traveler and I could tell it was the smallest room out of all of them. It was very clean and comfortable, and check in was extremely fast.

Pros: The rooms seemed to be recently renovated.

Cons: Our non-smoking room smelled strongly of smoke and we were not allowed to switch rooms even though there were vacancies. The staff wasn’t impolite, but not very courteous either.

Pros: Charming and comfortable rooms at quite a value that are near the Old Mill District and destination brewpubs!

Pros: The free breakfast was delicious and filling!! Fresh fruit, the best coffee and so much to choose from. The bed wAs very comfortable! Slept like a log!

Cons: Can't think of anything I didn't like. However we wished we weren't so rushed with other plans so we could have sat in the hot tub

Pros: Jared was great; very friendly and helpful. Jesus the manager was nice too. Love the bath products!

Cons: The breakfast room was not kept up - untidy with some moldy fruit. Too much for the front desk staff to also have to maintain that room.

Pros: Spacious room with comfortable beds. Good price online. Had a pool which is a plus for me but sits in the parking lot and could use some greenery decor.

Cons: First I picked up the package of makeup towelette off the soap dish and noticed smeary stuff in it that look like someone wiped it but did not wash it out. I overlooked it and used the washrag to clean it myself . But then I saw the bottom of the tub that all of the slip resistant areas were at Various colors like it could have been cleaned better- again try to overlook it but my husband said “shoot someone didn’t empty the ice bucket, and they’re still water in the plastic bag.” So he went downstairs to get clean one and I told him “while you are there have them send up some cleaner for the bathtub so I can scrub it.”. The handyman came up and was so sweet and kind and scrubbed it out first with their usual cleaner and then with bleach so at least I felt like it was germ free to use. The tile floors or blackened grout. There are ways to clean these things and nicer hotels seem to manage much better. They need someone in charge knows what they’re doing to help their staff do a better job. They can hire out the grout cleaning if they need to.

Pros: Loved the bed, very comfortable! I was actually tempted to ask the front desk what kinds of mattresses they use.

Cons: The price was the only thing I didn't really like. The breakfast was good, but the food/room didn't justify $170/night.

Cons: Average facilities, location, cleanliness just okay.

Pros: There were two good things about this place. The guy working the front counter when we checked in on Feb 5 (2016) was very nice and helpful. The other thing is the biscuits and gravy in the continental breakfast were pretty good.

Cons: There were quite a few things we didn't like. We were told all the rooms in the hotel were non-smoking, but ours stunk badly of cigarette smoke. Tried calling the front desk to let them know, but the phone was inoperative. The carpets were filthy and stained. One bed made a large clanking sound anytime you sat on it or rolled over while laying on it. Out of the four clean towels provided, one had a large grease stain and one had, what looked like, FECES on it. When I brought the fecal towel to the attention of the front desk lady on the morning of Feb 7th (2016), she responded with, "what do you want me to do!" In other words she was very rude. I recommend staying away from this motel. I've stayed here several times over the past few years and it has been getting progressively worse.

Pros: Seemed newly remodeled and breakfast was alright

Pros: It was located on our route and was reasonably priced and clean

Pros: The breakfast was good.

Cons: The normal rates are over priced for the age of the facility; but when you can book through an internet booking site, the prices are more in line with what the rooms are worth.

Pros: The room was clean and the pool area was surprisingly nice.

Cons: From check in, this place was a disappointment. The gentleman who checked me in was less than enthusiastic. However, he did have my paperwork ready to sign. After about an hour, we had a knock on our door. A scruffy 20 something man in a tshirt and shorts ask who I was. Apparently he also worked for the hotel. I told me that he had us checking out today. I informed him that I just checked in. After we debated this for a couple more times, he did apologize and left. The next day around 3:00, I left the room to grab some ice. I noticed a car outside our room with its door open and two people inside. I got the ice and returned to the room. We then started out to our car and was greeted by a man from the car. He asked if we were leaving. Not sure why he needed to know, so we chatted a bit. Apparently, he had a key to our room and was checking in. We went to the frront desk, where the girl at the desk told me I was suppose to check out today. I showed her my confirmation information, but she still insisted that I was to check out today. After sometime and speaking with another individual, it was finally sorted out. I won't even mentioned the pitiful continental breakfast.

Pros: Pool, breakfast, friendly manager.

Cons: Dirty carpets in room.

Pros: They serve a decent breakfast; gravy and biscuits every day, fresh cooked waffles, cereals,yogurt, boiled eggs, fruit, great coffee. And most of the staff was great.

Cons: One of the staff was a snot nosed brat that was not helpful at all. WiFi was hit or miss. If you can find the Sugar Loaf on Kayak it's a great deal.

Cons: We didn't have bath towels in our room, so I went to the front desk to ask for two. I was told they were still in the laundry room, so another staff member went to go get them for me. She said she'd deliver them to my room, which was great, but she came back with a few pool towels and said they didn't have any bath towels available. I would have liked to be told that I could check back in the morning at the front desk for bath towels -- pool towels are not absorbent, let alone, super tiny. It just seemed a little weird. Also, the pool was open until 10pm, but there are no lights on either around the pool or in the pool. We went at around 9:30 and decided it was too creepy to swim.

Cons: Room stunk like dog do do and wet hair from same. Light bulbs burned out. Told front desk without any action. Police took down armed persons right outside our door. Got sick from eating hard boiled eggs from the breakfast buffet. Used to be good but not anymore..

Pros: Mini refrigerator,micro,coffee maker in room. Good coffee and waffles at breakfast

Cons: Room was next to a stairwell where smokers constantly puffed smoke into our room. Add oat meal to breakfast

Cons: Internet didn't work in my room even though the offer high speed internet.

Cons: this is our third visit and found the service lacking. It took two hous to get a bulb for the room and that's only after we went to the desk. No coffee in the morning (7am) only cereal, old muffins for food. Very disappointed on this trip

Pros: The room was very nicely decorated and clean. The person in the office was very nice.

Cons: Note: No breakfast. They overbooked and we got bumped to a different, cheaper hotel. Waiting to find out if I'll receive any kind of refund of the difference.

Pros: The front desk people were very welcoming, polite and helpful. The room was very clean and had all the desired amenities. The room was very comfortable. The cleaning staff was very polite and helpful.

Cons: 2 lamps did not turn on. The refrigerator was too cold. It froze the 1/2 n 1/2 I bought but I just let it sit out to thaw and all was good.

Pros: Clean room.

Cons: The owner reprimanded me & warned me of all the things he does not approve of. I had yet to check in. Then he proceeded to charge me $80 a weekday. I requested a second night and he (again) reprimanded me & reminded me of all his policies and said he never rents to anyone for a second night until he personally takes a walk-thru of the room. Have I mentioned I was there on business? He proceeded to walk into the room. I had made the bed, used none of the glassware, towels, etc. He looked at me (while pointed his finger at me) and said 'Ok, I will only rent to you for one more night. That is all.' Then he proceeded to charge me $80 (again, on a weekday). In all my business travels, this was the worst service I have ever experienced. Oh, they advertise 'complimentary breakfast.' Breakfast entailed apple juice, Lil Deb danish rolls and brown bananas.

Cons: Room had a bit of an odor when I entered. But went away and nothing overwhelming.

Pros: Nothing really besides the location, which was ok.

Cons: The lady at the front desk didn’t speak any English at all, I was trying to ask her a question about my card and payment and she couldn’t answer it. Also our room was disgusting. The walls were extremely dirty, and our bed smelled like stinky feet when we pulled the covers back and got into it. Definitely won’t be back.

Pros: the room was spacious and clean, we got an extra bed. over all we really enjoyed our stay there and it was a great price.

Cons: We arrived at 8 pm, and had to ring the night bell. The owners were rude, and became disgruntled when we declared our dogs, despite saying that they were pet friendly. The shower had two settings.... nuclear reactor hot, and glacial melt off cold. . . Nothing in between. I should have known based on the empty parking lot

Pros: Mom and pop type shop. It was pretty basic with the usual. Was good if you just needed a place to stay.

Cons: Wifi didn't work at times. People were loud at night.

Pros: It was exciting to stay at what could be the set of a horror film. Shabby exterior, dim lighting, phone ringing with no person on the other line... All of these contributed to the horror-esque ambiance of the place.

Cons: I found fleas in the bathroom. Therefore, we slept on top of the bed just to make sure we were not dinner for any small creatures lurking in the hidden cracks and crevices of the mattress and bed frame. I wasn't itchy the next day, so that was nice.
