Cons (-) No coffee pot, smallest microwave ever, no conditioner for bathing...really???? Television remote wasn't programmed for second television, two rooms and only one small air conditioning unit, had to close off second room and stay in main where a/c was situated, no vent in bathroom so we had to open the window on 100 degree day with a/c on full
